The official site was sold out of tickets when we hoped to visit. Buying these tickets allowed us to still climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa at the day and time that worked best for our schedule. The tickets were emailed to us very quickly after purchase. We did not download the included virtual tour so can’t comment on that. Although paying more than the official site I was very happy to have the option to pay above cost to go the day and time that worked best for our schedule. As others have mentioned check your tickets upon receipt - our ticket was 15 minutes before the requested time and the Leaning Tower is not very flexible with late arrival.

This was a great tour, included so many things to see in the church. Arrive 10 minutes early, you must store your bags, any size, then go to the front of the line at your time and it is very smooth

Excellent experience! We were on a cruise excursion that did not include entrance to the tower. Because we got the tickets ahead of time, we were able to climb the tower and had plenty of time to get back down and rejoin our tour. This is a great add-on to any cruise excursion.!

An audio guide was included in the price. For that, each of us should have installed an app and also should have used our own headphones. That was too much effort for us. It's cool that you can line up at the tower about 10 minutes before the start with your ticket and go up without any stress. The marble steps are very slippery. Non-slip shoes are an advantage. Absolutely no bags are allowed to be taken along. Really none. Not even small ones. There are free "lockers" for that. That is well handled. The cathedral is impressive. Just pause for a brief moment and enjoy. The ticket allows free use of the restroom. We looked at everything at our own pace. That was just right for us.

The reservation for the leaning tower of Pisa was requested and initially confirmed as 3.30 pm. This information was communicated and confirmed with Sun Princess Cruise Line Tour Guide so the timing of arrival and departure of the coach to and from the ship and Leaning tower was feasible. However, when I received a text for the voucher on July 24, 2026, it had been changed to 3.45 pm. I explained the error on the ticket and literally pleaded with the entrance staff at the Tower that this was incorrect and I needed to be admitted at 3..30 pm and not at 3.45 pm because of the tour arrangements (as previously detailed). I was refused entry to the Tower and wasted the cost of the ticket combined with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enter the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Timed trip was 85 mins later than booked. Audio file would not download and Viator App kept redirecting me to YoTours. Better to get tickets on site at The Leaning Tower of Pisa - in my opinion.

As mentioned in the voucher inclusions and redemption instructions, the tower climb time may vary by 60–90 minutes due to operational limitations and limited visitor capacity per slot for safety reasons. The total activity duration is therefore kept at approximately 2 hours, allowing guests to visit the Cathedral and other included attractions before the tower entry. Too bad there wasn't a French audio guide among all the languages offered. The site is magnificent, however.
Expensive. Audio connection didn't happen. Lots of downloading apps/creating accounts/scanning QR codes & still no audio. Booked for 12pm, on tickets it was 1245, were delayed getting into tower as a result.
