Amazing because of how we got on so many rides and it was in the dark
Can’t understand why scare mazes have 1 hour time slots that you have to arrive within 15min of and then they majority end up waiting most of an hour. This seems like a lot revenue opportunity. If they offered 15 minute slots it would spread people out resulting in less queuing and more time to spend money on other mazes or extras.
Amazing would go again went with my mum and had the best time.
Such a shame as the rides are great and used to love it there, but over the course of a whole day we only got three rides - a whole day for under 5 minutes of rides. Every single queue was around 2 hours, two of the 3 rides we went on broke down while we were queuing making the wait even longer. I suggest that Thorpe park have massively oversold their capacity and are compromising their customer experience to rake in as much cash as possible. So disappointed as a single parent on an expensive day out with my daughter that was such a disappointing and frustrating/boring experience that was six hours of queuing and three hours of driving for 5 minutes of rides. Avoid.
We visited Thorpe Park on a Thursday for a family day out as it was quieter for my austic son Arrive 20 mins before opening and parked very close to the entrance Then came the worst part of the day I had to take my belt off in the que as it was metal trying to hold my trousers up 2 put it back on was very awkward The que times were very good Not much more than 20 mins The food is very expensive and the hotdogs are served in brioche buns and wasn't very nice We stayed all day and was a throughly enjoyable day out
Great rides and themes for children as well as adults who like it a bit more extreme.
Stayed at Shark Cabin. It was a bit small and lacked windows and sufficient ventilation to cope with steam from very hot showers and wet clothes after Tidal Wave. The extra unlimited Fastrack pass included was the best! We rode all the main rides & many of the smaller ones, o et & over again. We never queued for more than 10mins max ever.
Wasn't able to ride Swarm due to restraint restrictions but was able to get on the other rides. Finished up the day with a 5 minute queue on Nemesis Inferno
Hyperia excellent ride although too short in length. Swarm also brilliant. Stealth a unique ride. Collousses terrible as was saw. Getting my 12 his first ride on Hyperia was the reason for the visit and it didn't disappoint. Sadly there was one queue jump incident. Hyperia station needs a clean. Ride staff need to welcoming, they really are not at all. Staff on the junction bar were very rude as were security on entry. This is where we spend our hard earned money on pleasure so to have staff that should be welcoming and making your visit pleasant to say the least this is just not the case.
Arrived at 10.15 and left at 4, only me and my partner. In that time we only managed to get on 4 rides due to the ridiculous queue times. We only stopped for 15mins for lunch, other than that we were queuing. During 3 of the queues the rides got closed for a short while and reopened again and when we queued for the ghost ride it was closed and everyone made to leave. It was so busy and seems like they are more concerned with numbers through the door than allowing people to be able to enjoy the experience. After travelling 2 hours each way we won’t be coming back which is a shame as would have been nice to experience more!
