The experience itself was amazing, but buying from this company was not good at all. I usually don’t write reviews, but I am upset about how much they inconvenienced me and my family. I spent $500 for this activity, and they sent me an email 30 minutes before our tour started that I needed to come pick up paper tickets from their office. I told them I was upset that I had to pay an extra $25 just to Uber there, they said I didn’t have to do that because the walk was close, and that was untrue. It was a 10 minute walk, but also when we got to pick up our tickets, they weren’t ready, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get them. We weren’t with a tour guide either, which I thought we would be (could have been my fault - may have misread), but paying $500 for tickets to the museum and Sistine Chapel is expensive. And to be so inconvenienced is not okay. I would definitely recommend a different tour company.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the experience itself; however, we are sorry to learn that you were not satisfied with the service provided. We would like to clarify a few important points. The location of our office is clearly mentioned in advance and is approximately 2 minutes walking distance from the Vatican Museums entrance, not 10 minutes. Many guests easily access it without any transportation. Regarding ticket collection, this is part of the service process to ensure smooth and valid entry. While you mentioned receiving the message 30 minutes prior, we would like to highlight that even with this timing and the reported waiting period, you were still able to proceed with your visit as scheduled. Additionally, your booking was for skip-the-line tickets only, which does not include a guided tour. Guided services are offered under separate products. We understand that travel experiences can sometimes feel stressful, especially with time-sensitive entries, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience you felt. However, we believe the service provided was in line with what was booked and delivered accordingly.
Scheduling for the early morning is recommended. It gets crowded as the day goes on, so harder to see exhibits.
I had a great experience with this ticket seller for the Vatican Museums. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. What stood out the most was their excellent customer service— I needed to make a last-minute change to the time of my visit, and they responded quickly and accommodated the change without any hassle. The skip-the-line access worked perfectly, saving us a lot of time. Highly recommend this seller for their reliability and prompt support!
Everything about the Vatican Museum skip-the-line tickets was great—the process was easy, and the entry was smooth. The only downside was that I received the tickets only 3 hours before my scheduled visit, which made me a bit tense, as I wasn’t sure if everything would go as planned. Thankfully, everything worked out, and the experience was amazing. The skip-the-line feature saved us so much time. Just a heads up for future travelers: make sure you’re okay with receiving the tickets last-minute!
Booked skip-the-line Vatican Museum tickets through a TripAdvisor seller—super smooth process. Got clear instructions, met the guide easily, and walked right past a huge line. Totally worth it for the time saved. Highly recommend!
