Ridiculous decadence and no exciting spaces or structures

I had to choose a meetingpoint far away from the entry to the building. There was only the information that the start was 10:30 am. The group was much to many people. The half could have been ok. There should have been a starting video/film about the construction and a lots of funfacts. We only saw the borring ridiculous corridors and halls. We wanted to see the basement, tunnels, helicopter area, upper level and more.

We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. However, it seems that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the content of the tour at the time of booking. We always recommend reviewing the tour description carefully beforehand to ensure that it matches your expectations.

Read for what this ticket actually gets. Avoid these abusive scam artists.

1: Outcome: a ticket to see the Palace of the Parliament, behind many others who bought cheaper tickets on the day. So a win to see the site; a massive scam and horrendous treatment to do so. 2) Reality: the "skip the queue" is you being told to arrive at least 15 minutes before the actual tour time so that you're waiting at the front unless any change from plan happens. When the tour happens and they ask for your ticket, you won't have it because you're not given it. Make sure you go through the initial security into the building because the instructions are total jibberish. Then follow the directions because if you do what we and others did, which is stop and try find the representative from this "tour agency', he's: a) too busy in the gift shop; b) telling people who'd booked the same tickets that they're too late and they need to go away because they didn't arrive when he arbitrarily told them to arrive; and/or c) shouting and exclaiming loudly to you and everyone else else see that you've "made a total mess of this" and "what the hell have you done" because he makes you arrive 45 minutes early and then tells you to stand in twos randomly only after telling you to move away because an earlier tour is booked in, so when it's your turn and you're seeking him out for the tickets that the instructions tell you that you will receive, he will explode because you're no longer standing in the order that he doesn't tell you is needed. Fortunately we managed to get in it ignoring the massive uplift which can be easily avoided by just booking on the day, don't give these scam artists the slightest second of your time. Have never been shouted at for asking where's our ticket after we were asked for our own tickets.

This review appears to be a message specifically crafted to disparage our operations, relying entirely on misinformation and inaccuracies—stemming primarily from frustration regarding the price paid. If this was a scam as you claimed, no one would have responded to your biased message or not running the tour. The booking includes added value by guaranteeing access to our tour; in the event of "no-shows," additional tourists can be accommodated subject to availability. You purchased a "skip-the-line" ticket for the initial entry, not a pass that bypasses the mandatory security screening line required of all tourists. This is a subtle distinction that you seem to have overlooked. To avoid such issues, you should have informed yourself better before making the booking. Once you enter the admission process, you must comply with security rules and procedures rather than acting as you please and disrupting operations. Perhaps if you had attempted to book directly, you would have understood and appreciated the value we add to this reservation—especially given that, on the day of the tour, bookings are limited to remaining spots, but the event is frequently sold out.

Stay away. There has the be a better tour company than this one.

The location itself is phenomenal. Everything else (customer service, "skip" the line, communication, etc) was abhorrent.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the Parliament itself phenomenal, although we’re sorry that the rest of your experience did not meet your expectations. We take comments regarding customer service, communication, and the skip-the-line process seriously. At the same time, we would have appreciated the opportunity to understand the specific issues you encountered, as this review does not provide enough detail for us to identify what happened or how we could have addressed it. We work hard to provide our guests with a well-organized, informative, and enjoyable experience, and we are always open to constructive feedback. Had you contacted us during or after the tour, we would have been happy to look into your concerns directly. We respect your opinion, but we also believe that fair and specific feedback is far more helpful to both our team and future guests than a general recommendation to “stay away.”

Scammed your.

This is a scam. Trip advisor is also a scam in refunds. We were there Sunday 30 August. We were 15 minutes early at the precise location and messaged him multiple times with no response. We left 15 after. The “guide” responded hours later saying we did not follow directions which was a lie. TripAdvisor is not trustworthy either. The refund needs to be processed or this will spread. I advise not to use the scamming Romanian.

We are sorry you were not able to join the tour, but it is an offence to us to say it is a scam, as far as the tour was running as schedule, and many other visitors came in time at the right meeting point. It is only your fault you could not understand/read the instructions we sent to you a day before the tour in a reminding message that you confirmed. Unfortunately we are not able to answer to massages send almost at the time of the tour, but you should try to call us to get support.

Very Impressive Visiting at the Parliament of Very Impressive Visiting at Parliament of Romania

The tour guide met our group sharply in 12 noon. He spoke very clearly in English, and has very knowledgeable about the parliament’s history, the structure of building and the architecture details. We certainly impressed about our tour.

Rudeness, vulgarism and anger

I have tried two times to book a visit via the phone today. First time, the lady was literally quarrelling with another employee in Romanian while on the phone, and when she was finished, she told me that there are no more spots for today. Second time, she said there is nothing until next week, very dismissive and blunt; I mentioned politely that she had said a minute before that we could book for tomorrow and wanted to confirm since the conversation was ended prematurely due to her pressing argument with her colleague(s). She started to raise her voice, saying "we have nothing until Monday, nothing until Monday, nothing until Monday!” and hung up on me before I had the chance to ask her to be more polite. Never in my life have I seen such rudeness from an employee dealing with paying customers in a national institution.

This review might be about your Palace of Parliament tour with us and not about your discussions with someone we do not recognise to be part of our staff. You are angry on someone is not about this experience. It looks like this is a feedback sent by mistake.

Vacation in Bucarest

The service was very professional and well-organized. The tour matched the description. The Parliament in Bucharest is very large, and it is difficult to visit everything.

They ask for a passport.

The meeting is inside the parliament, you have to go through security and you need to bring a passport.

Must See Site

The Palace of Parliament is an absolute must-see in Bucharest, and this tour made the experience easy and stress-free. Having the ticket arranged in advance saved time and removed any uncertainty about entry, which was especially helpful for such a popular attraction. The building itself is breathtaking in scale, architecture, and history, and the guide provided interesting insights into its fascinating past. The tour did start a little later than scheduled, and it was somewhat shorter than I had expected. However, once it began, everything was well organized and the experience was still worthwhile. The interiors are truly impressive, and even in a relatively short visit you get a good sense of the grandeur and significance of this iconic landmark. Overall, I enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest. The convenience of pre-booking, the chance to explore one of the world's largest administrative buildings, and the knowledgeable commentary made it a memorable experience despite the minor timing issues.
