Bikes were great, but place was under staffed and very crowded with many people waiting to get their bikes. Once on our way, the bikes worked great, and the location right beside the park was excellent.
Unclear where to pick up the bike, at the central station she sent after to another branch, there she sent us back to a branch which is called central station, but is 15 min walk from it!
Very efficient rental and very well assisted, especially by Eliott who was very nice and very attentive. If I had to note one small issue, it’s the stability of the handlebars on some bikes, but otherwise it was impeccable.

It was a beautiful experience; the excellent and functional bikes allowed us to tour all of Amsterdam in one day. We rented 4 bikes, including one for children, and we spent 91 euros including insurance for the whole day. Super efficient and prepared staff, especially the guy named Pietro, who was very kind, gave us lots of useful directions and information, and was very nice. We will definitely return to bike rental vondelpark when we return to Amsterdam, and I will recommend it to friends.
