Nous visiterons cette église où vous verrez des carreaux portugais du XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles, ainsi que cinq peintures du célèbre peintre portugais Josefa de Óbidos (du XVIIe siècle).
Nous entrerons à l'église de São Tiago qui, de nos jours, est une librairie.
Nous visiterons le château d'origine que l'armée portugaise a conquis au 12ème siècle.

Obidos is a don't miss medieval town in Portugal. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around the town and learning the history of Obidis AND Portugal. Joao Pedro (JP) was friendly and welcoming in demeanor..He was very knowledgeable about Obidos AND Portugal. He answered our many questions ( my partner loves history) and gave us little extra bits of information He was wonderful and we loved the tour.

We had a great tour with Ivo, who is a wonderful guide with a wealth of information. Ivo is clearly passionate about the history of Óbidos and the surrounding areas, and presents information in an engaging, more conversational manner rather than just reciting facts. There were only four customers on our tour, which was conducive to us getting to know a bit about Ivo personally, as he did about us. We had taken the bus from Lisbon to Óbidos for the tour, and Ivo went above-and-beyond to ensure we went to the correct bus stop for our return trip. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Óbidos, Ivo, and this tour to anyone who will be in the area.

Joao-Pedro was an excellent guide - we can’t recommend him highly enough.
