Keith was a fabulous tour guide and we had such a great day despite the weather! The bus was comfy and the info Keith gave us was super interesting. An easy way of getting out of Edinburgh for the day and seeing the highlands! Would highly recommend!
Thanks for joining our Best of Scotland in a Day tour. One of our favourites.
Was an excellent tour! We went on July 14th -Angela was great! Highly recommend if you want to see some of the highlights without having to drive and our guide was great at giving history and explaining a lot too. My ONLY note is it said max of 12 and we had 15. Did not ruin the trip at all but some people could argue it wasn’t as described. Just a note but we had a great group that day and wasn’t an issue at all.
Thanks for your review. To be clear our tour groups average around 12 passengers but there are 16 seats on the mini coach
Perfect trip to the countryside when you are in Edinburgh for a couple of days. Additional to the perfect weather we had a really nice guide. Thank you Roddy for the lovely day.
Thanks for reviewing our Best of Scotland in a Day tour. Happy days on the Wee Red Bus!
Roddy is absolutely awesome. It’s my birthday today as we are doing this tour and he has made me feel so special throughout the tour. A bagpiper played Happy Birthday for me in a very remote yet gorgeous site on our tour. Roddy made sure that he provided information about every monument and every location in detail. It has been an amazing and very informational tour. His knowledge and his love for his profession was reflective throughout the 12 hour journey. Thank you so much Roddy for making my birthday so memorable with absolutely the best views and giving us the best experience as we explore Scotland. I will remember this for a very very long time. Thank you!
Happy Birthday on the bagpipes….brilliant! Sounds like a great day, thanks.
Informative and fun tour. Keith was a great guide and knew a lot about the many areas we visited. Enjoyed Castles and charming small villages
Thanks for choosing Heart of Scotland Tours. It's much appreciated.
It was a fantastic day. The tour guide Angela knew her history and knew the area very well. The tour itself was a small group which I found very enjoyable would definitely book again.
Hi Judy, thanks for your 5 star review and it's great to hear you enjoyed the tour so much.
This was a terrific tour. Perfect amount of time on the van and perfect amount of time at each stop. Never felt rushed. Keith was awesome! I also liked the variety of stops - waterfalls, coos, shopping, and more. I was traveling solo and would recommend it for solo travelers.
Thanks for recommending us for solo travellers who are always welcome on the Wee Red Bus...
It was such a great tour - not too big. Our tour guide, Angela, I cannot praise her highly enough. She was brilliant, knowledgeable and knew a lot about the areas we visited and history. It is my last full day of a 6 week holidays and was so happy I made the choice to go with the The Wee Red Bus.
Hi Judy, happy days on the Wee Red Bus! Thanks for choosing Heart of Scotland Tours.
Great excursion, great guide (Angela), great company. Excursion length is just right. Everything just right.
Hi Benjie, it's fantastic to hear you enjoyed your day trip to Highland Perthshire so much. Thanks for joining us.
I booked directly through the website they beat the price of going through a third party even with cashback options. So from purchase to end of tour it was a fantastic experience! We had Angela not only was she informative but she was funny and had a curated playlist of songs for each stop. We did the recommended stop at Heathergems in Pitlochry where they make the jewelry and it was great seeing the process from beginning to end. I would do this tour again and hoped I got Angela again! Thank you for making the day fantastic!
Thanks for joining our Best of Scotland in a Day tour. It's a great day out.
