Nous avons eu une belle pause déjeuner sur l'avenue Banff, avec beaucoup de temps pour faire du shopping et prendre quelques souvenirs. C'était une merveilleuse façon de découvrir le charme de la ville.
Surprise Corner est un belvédère situé à la jonction de la rue Buffalo et du chemin Tunnel Mountain à Banff. Il est réputé pour sa vue parfaite sur le « château des Rocheuses » (l'hôtel Fairmont Banff Springs) avec la rivière Bow et la montagne de soufre en toile de fond
Le lac Minnewanka est un magnifique lac glaciaire situé à seulement 10 km de Banff, dans le parc national Banff. Il offre des activités comme la navigation de plaisance (bateaux motorisés autorisés), la randonnée de sentiers panoramiques, le pique-nique, et en hiver, le patin à glace et la raquette. Le lac a une histoire riche, y compris un ancien établissement submergé et des développements hydroélectriques. Les visiteurs bénéficient d'une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, d'un accès facile aux sentiers et aux lieux de pique-nique. Le stationnement peut se remplir rapidement en été, alors prévoyez en conséquence.

Pickup was a nightmare. It would help if the tour name was displayed in the front window of the relevant bus. There were a lot of people and a lot of buses and no one knew which bus was which tour. Our tour was supposed to be gondola and hot springs but it wasn’t made clear that we had to book those things separately. We might as well have taken a bus from Banff in the first place. This ‘tour’ was just a bus ride. Guide was very helpful though.

We do clearly mention in the tour details that the gondola and hot springs tickets are separate, as the tour itself is $100, and the gondola is an additional $90. Unfortunately, there’s no way for us to bundle those into the same price. I also apologize for the pickup confusion; I’ll pass along your suggestion about displaying the tour name on the bus window so it’s clearer next time. We really appreciate your patience and your kind words about the guide.

It was a great experience! Our driver, Sanjeet was great too. We couldn't booked the Gondola ride online so he lined up with us to make sure we could get and enjoy the Gondola ride. Overall the tour was worth it and hassle-free.

Good experience overall. The hot springs portion could have been shorter while lunch could have been longer. Too many people getting food in Banff town, lines are long or restaurants didn't have tables available. Ram the guide is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience exploring the Canadian Rockies! The gondola ride offered breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Relaxing in the hot springs afterward was the perfect way to end the day. We also visited three stunning lakes, each with its own unique beauty. The turquoise waters and incredible scenery were beyond anything we had imagined. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great experience throughout the tour.
