Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Si votre hôtel ne figure pas dans la liste, vous devez vous rendre à un point de rendez-vous spécial, veuillez nous indiquer dans quel hôtel vous séjournerez afin qu'un représentant de notre société puisse vous contacter pour vous indiquer le point de rendez-vous et l'heure de prise en charge. Ce service a deux horaires différents, le premier est pour une visite matinale et la prise en charge s'effectue à : ZONE CANCUN ET PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 8h00 et 8h30, ZONE TULUM entre 7h00 et 8h00. Nous arriverons au parc à 9h30. La seconde est pour une visite à midi et la prise en charge s'effectue à : ZONE CANCUN ET PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 12h00 et 12h30, ZONE TULUM entre 11h00 et 12h00. Nous arriverons au parc à 13h30. Les horaires varient selon l'hôtel, notre représentant vous indiquera l'heure exacte de prise en charge par e-mail ou SMS. Le point de rendez-vous spécial pour les hôtels de Tulum et Airbnb sera le supermarché Super Aki Tulum du centre-ville. Veuillez tenir compte des temps de transport pour votre prise en charge et votre retour.

- Seuls les adultes de 18 ans et plus peuvent conduire leur propre VTT. Les enfants (17 ans et moins) doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte.
- Poids maximum 220 livres pour l'équitation, 300 livres pour les VTT et 270 livres pour les tyroliennes
- Il est recommandé d'apporter des vêtements de rechange, une serviette, des chaussures fermées, un maillot de bain, un écran solaire et un répulsif biodégradables, des lunettes de soleil et un bandana.
- Si vous sélectionnez une zone différente de celle dans laquelle se trouve votre hôtel, votre réservation doit être éditée avec la bonne zone (coût différent) via le moteur de réservation.
- Si quelqu'un vous propose un surclassement plus avant la date de votre voyage, veuillez contacter le service client.
- L'assurance VTT est incluse

George at the jungle our tour guy was great! In the beginning just lack of communication, but overall had fun! That tequila tasting was my favorite part. At first it was just me and my friends for horseback riding, which was nice after horseback riding. We met up with other groups which took a little bit longer to get through all the excursions but I would definitely do it again. They do take pictures throughout your whole experience. The pictures are kind of pricey, so instead of buying the whole package I just bought one group photo. But overall a great experience.

This trip was wonderful. This was very well organized. I do wish they had told us that because we were in afternoon time slot, we got our food at the end, after we did all of our other activities. Luckily I had eaten a late breakfast that day. First we went horseback riding, and then swimming in a cenote with an optional zipline into the water. Then we went to a tequila tasting. I don't drink but I found the information very interesting and was not bored. Then we did some ziplining, which I thought I was going to be afraid of, but it was not scary, actually. There's tons of safety equipment and these guys know what they are doing. Our tour guide's name was MonaLisa, and he was great. He told jokes and kept everybody engaged and in a good mood all day. The last activity we did was ATV riding which was a lot of fun. Again, there was a max speed you could really go, so it wasn't that unsafe. A woman in front of me, her ATV gave out, and I accidentally crashed into her, but we were all fine, cause as I said, the speeds were not too fast. We brought my 15 year old son to this and he loved it, though you do have to be 18 to drive the ATV, and he had to ride as a passenger. The meal at the end was okay, nothing too great, but we did buy some of the tequilia as a gift for family members and they seem to like it. All in all, a great time and well worth it.

Fun guides, shout oht to Mona Lisa and Ebo!. Every activity was at the minimum correct amount of time. We had a blast. The Cinote, hoseback, ATV, zipline, and Taquila was great! Pictures were too expensive.

Purchased tickets for a group of three, however I was the only one able to attend. The pickup location and time was smooth and the guides were helpful. I met a lotto new and interesting people on my excursions and we had a blast. I will do this again the next time I visit Tulum! Loved the Zip lining!! so decelerating :)

One person fell off the horse and was injured. Just felt unsafe and that the horses were not trained. There was no training before the horses they just made us sign waivers and told us to hop on the horse. Another tour guide was rude. Other than that it was nice and fun

I got hurt on the Zipline! There was NO ONE there to catch me! I HIT THE TREE! Then I bounced back on the Zipline and came in slower! The people who went before me were concerned about my experience! The paramedic checked to make sure that I had no broken bones!🥵

Indeed the boy who was on duty on that zip line had oversight and did not receive you properly, fortunately, the paramedic we have in the park checked you, and thank God it was only the blow and no injury or fracture to worry about. I hope the compensation we gave you from the photos in courtesies and the extra drinks have improved your experience, in this business we give the best for our customers but we are exposed to these small human errors that are what makes us improve day by day in our care. Tequila tasting and Atv's were my favorite part! Really appreciated the fact that our guide separate the slow people from the rest of the group with the Atvs because they were killing the fun. Also really got to ride some serious bumps and go pretty fast. Horseback riding was pretty lame. I was bummed because that was the entire reason I picked this adventure but all you do.is sit on a horse and go around in a circle once in single file. Might be ok if you have never been on a horse in your life but I'm an avid rider so it was pretty boring. The denotes and zip lining was fun but both my boyfriend and I didn't appreciate being rushed the entire time we were in the adventure. You definitely don't get as much time as promise (except with the Atvs) and constantly telling us to hurry up was pretty annoying.

The experience was fun and the staff was great. However, my group and i felt rushed the whole time and the activities were only about 15-20 minutes. This package would be great if the activities would be longer.
