We had a blast! Arri was a fabulous guide. Breakfast and lunch were both incredible. Bacalar is so beautiful. Jose Antonio was our driver. Thank you Jose for getting us there and back safely. Yes it's a long ride but you will remember this experience for the rest of your life. Thank you guys for a fabulous day. Dusty and Cecilia
The tour to Bacalar was a wonderful experience. We start with a visit to the Blue Cenote, where we relax. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a kayaking tour of the lagoon. The panoramic view of Fort San Felipe was breathtaking, with spectacular views of the lagoon. The very professional guide, gave us interesting information about the history and nature of the place. A highly recommended experience!
They lied about the event, they said we were gonna do many other things that we did not. I asked and they lied again saying they were reach reach out to me. They charged me $110 and other paid less and the entire group was complaining about what they were promised. Never again.
Definitely worth the trip. Absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed breakfast and our time at the cenote but did feel like the beverage was pricy (I had Agua de Jamaica and added an extra fruit with yogurt for about $13). Loved our time at Marmol spa? Plenty of time to enjoy the water, kayak, and a few drinks. Our trip did not include the Pontoon ride but we were given the option while there for an additional charge (we declined so we could enjoy our time there). Dinner was delicious and loved we had a bit of time to wander close by.
Save your money and from wasting a valuable vacation day. I understand changes due to covid but this tour description is flat out False Advertising! We did not go on the boat tour, didn't do anything listed after lunch on the shown inclusions - no boat ride, no emerald/black cenote, no bird island, etc! I chose this tour for all the things they skipped and then was given some line about "we switched out for the kayak at the lagoon" (which was optional, if i hadn'tchose to do that, I wouldn't have had ANY time on the water). Felt like I wasted a precious day on my vacation. Do yourself a favor and pass!!
Good afternoon, unfortunately the day you made the tour, on those dates due to all the COVID19 situations that arose, they were very changeable. - CURRENTLY EVERYTHING DESCRIBED IS DONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM - however the state government was thinking of closing the sites without timely notice, even until the same day they closed us areas that a day before we could go without problem. What we tried to do that day was to try to make the tour as pleasant as possible and that's what we did. Believe me that unfortunately in those days the government complicated our tourist life impressively. I ask you in advance for an infinite apology and above all I thank you very much for your valuable opinion. What I can tell you is that for a long time the government and God have favored us and currently the tour is done with all the promised activities. have a great day and many blessings
This tour was an amazing experience. The tour guide Simon was a very hospitable, patient and funny guy. I was the only English speaker in my group and never once felt left out when Simon was relaying information about our tour. The first stop was cenote Azul where we had breakfast at 9am and was able to enjoy swimming until 12pm to depart for the lagoon. (Note: Walk with a towel, I forgot mine and the facility does not have towels for sale.) the highlight for me was definitely the lagoon the place was so serene, beautifully maintained frowns and the water was breathtaking. Canoe’s were included and you had the option to take the canoe out as much as you wanted. We arrived at the lagoon at 12:30 and enjoyed it until 4pm. Last stop was to a very upbeat restaurant by the water called Catch the food was delicious and atmosphere and DJ had a nice vibe to it. I will absolutely do this tour again.
Wonderful, it is worth traveling the distance from Playa del Carmen to there in the van. I recommend buying the full tour with guide and meal.
Agradecemos imensamente seus comentários e temos o prazer de ter cumprido suas expectativas !!! Agradecemos seu tempo e confiança e esperamos recebê-lo de volta em breve!
What was advertised as a 12 hour tour, turned into an 18 hr day. Our bus broke down on the way, and 4 buses later we made it to the 1st stop which was noon before we were served breakfast. No water or snacks were offered and we still had to pay for our own drinks, despite the lengthy delay. The tour continued on and we didn't leave Lake Bacalar until 630pm. Reached cancun close to 1130pm. And we were picked up that morning at 0515 am. The bus ride was very long, and very uncomfortable with no water served. I would not recommend
Hi!! We are very sorry not to meet your expectations, thanks for traveling with us, we apreciate your comments, thats how we improve. We´ll take care about it and we hope you give us the oportunitty again to do it better.
Excellent, very nice scenery and amazing lagoon colors, guide explains very well and Service very good
Nos da mucho gusto saber que disfruto su viaje!! Gracias por su opinión, es muy importante para nosotros. Esperamos que vuelva pronto!!
Fantastic tour. The format was a perfect balance of stops and free time. The sites we visited were incredibly beautiful. Arik was a great and attentive guide. One thing to highlight is that it may be worth adding an option to add-on a fee to cover the non-covered costs like life vests and towels, upfront. That is more representative of an all- inclusive.
Thanks for your comment, we are very glad you enjoy the tour, we´ll check about adding that option, it´s a good idea. Thanks for your trust and we hope you come back soon.
