C'est la seule tyrolienne de Roatan qui traverse au-dessus d'un lagon d'eau salée, offrant une vue que vous ne pouvez tout simplement pas obtenir ailleurs sur l'île. L'aventure commence en fait avant que vous ne vous éclipsiez : le voyage en 4x4 vers Crooked Mountain vous fait traverser une transition spectaculaire entre la forêt sèche de chênes et la forêt tropicale humide. Situés à quelques pas des deux terminaux de croisière, nous appartenons à des propriétaires locaux avec plus de 15 ans d'expérience. Assurez-vous votre place aujourd'hui!

De Mahogany Bay (Carnival, Princess, Cunard) : Nous sommes idéalement situés à seulement 6 minutes à pied de votre navire. Pas besoin de transport ! Marchez sur la place en direction de la zone de transport et cherchez le bâtiment orange vif avec le panneau "Extreme Zipline Adventure" sur le toit. Veuillez ne pas sortir de la porte principale de la zone portuaire. Nous vous enverrons une carte facile à suivre avant votre arrivée. Depuis le port de Roatan (Caraïbes Norvégiennes/Royales, MSC, vierges, TUII) : Rendez-vous dans la rue principale, juste devant la porte du port #1. Nos guides en chemise noire vous attendront avec des pancartes "Xplore Roatan". Nous vous enverrons une carte facile à suivre avant votre arrivée. Vous arrivez d'un autre endroit ou vous ne savez pas quel port? Pas de problème ! Faites-nous part de votre heure et de votre lieu de prise en charge préférés lorsque vous réservez. Si vous arrivez avec votre propre moyen de transport, partagez votre heure d'arrivée estimée. Pour les clients qui demandent un service de ramassage, nous offrons le transport entre 8 h et 13 h. Nous vous enverrons une carte facile à suivre avant votre arrivée.

I verified the night before with the company via WhatsApp that someone would be at the port to pick us up. I told them what time our ship would be arriving and they told us what gate to go to. When we proceeded to that gate, no guide was there. Luckily, 2 kind locals (Kiet and his partner) attempted to help us find them and called them on our behalf as we had no cell service. Even after being informed that we were at the Royal Caribbean port they didn’t send their own driver over to come get us. The local Kiet drove us over to the zip line and when we asked why he was driving us instead of the company he said he was helping us out. We spent over $40 of our own money to compensate them for their time and help. Just because we enjoyed the zip line doesn’t negate that future families should be concerned with the fact that even after they were notified we were at the wrong port they didn’t send their tour guides to us and instead had a complete stranger not in any way associated with the company come get us. We relied on a stranger to drive us and as a family traveling with 3 children who hasn’t been here before it put us in an uncomfortable situation.
Hi Taren, thank you for the detail in your review. We want to walk through what happened, because the root of this was a mix-up about which port you arrived at. At booking, you confirmed your ship as the Carnival Jubilee, which docks at Mahogany Bay. That is where our driver was waiting for your family at your confirmed arrival time. You actually arrived on the Royal Caribbean Icon of the Seas, which docks at Coxen Hole, a different port. That is why our driver was not at the gate you went to. The gate information we gave you was based on the ship and port you told us. Once we were told you were at Coxen Hole, we did dispatch a driver to come get you. In the meantime, you chose to ride with Kiet to the tour. We understand that felt like the quickest option in the moment, and we are genuinely glad Kiet and his partner helped your family. But the decision to go with him, and any amount he asked for his time, was outside our control. Our driver was on the way. We are glad you enjoyed the zipline. We take the start of your day seriously, and we have noted it. For any family booking a cruise excursion, the one thing that prevents this is confirming your exact ship and arrival port at booking, since operators position drivers based on that information. fantastic zip line experience! Roatan is a lovely island. we went with carnival cruise and had a fantastic time. Jerome, Danny, and Castillo were amazing guides! the course was beautiful through the trees of the tropical island.
Getting to the meeting point from the cruise port was easy. They were right where the taxis are located. Since we checked in right when we were able to depart the ship, it was only our family with our 2 guides, Jeremy and Donnie (I think that's their names). They were very informative and kept us feeling comfortable during the whole time. Even though there were 6 levels, the whole trip felt so short because we were having such a great time. Sure enough, we had enough time to explore the port after. Will love to do it again if we return to Roatan.
We had a blast, the tour guides were all amazing. This was my nieces first time on a zipline and she was very nervous, they were so nice and helpful. We are both on the heavier side and they made us feel very comfortable and not self concious at all. There were a few scary lines where they had to lift us to disconnect or we had to jump to connect to the line as someone in the mkd 200 lb range this was scary but the guides again were amazing and helped us feel comfortable at every step. I dont recommend carrying very much because we had to carry our backpacks, but I do recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes or bringing them. The last zipline went to the beach so you can swim afterwards.
It was safe and fun. The tour guides ensured that you felt safe. They communicated everything required to be safe.
it was drizzly low season so we were the only 2 people and got a private tour :) awesome. They call this Extreme because they varied the runs a bit: 6 runs, first one solo, next we as a couple got to ride together, then we got to stop ourselves, then launch ourselves, then 2 runs side-by-side so the guide video'd each of us (that wouldn't work with a big group). Lots of fun, friendly guides, english and spanish spoken
Our experience with horseback riding, ATV, and zip lining was absolutely fantastic! I can't praise it enough—I'd give it 100 out of 10 if possible! The guide was exceptional, ensuring our safety and making the day incredibly fun. They also took some amazing photos of us, capturing the best moments. This adventure is something I'll always remember, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!
