Our Guide Miguel from Extreme Adventuring was great! It was our first time here so it was worth paying the tour and guidance! the tequila tasting was surprisingly good! and the complimentary tacos at the end hit the spot!
Had a blast and tons of Fun, every jump was filled with adrenaline and i would do this trip again

Miguel was great! Definitely glad we did the half day vs full day, but this excursion is highly recommended for kids and adults!
This place was not a good experience. They took 1.5 hours picking up people. Then when we got there we found out it was this touristy spot. Did not allow us to take in our own cameras and then wanted to charge us $75 for pics. Forced everyone to stay until the other tours were done Charged us $22 for 4 sodas and fries. Our tour guide was very nice and the tequila tasting was good. I will not book with this company again

I had a very bad experience at this destination; upon arriving at the cenotes, we were told that there was no rental of lockers but not to worry about our valuables because it was completely safe. Immediately, at the second cenote, a digital camera was stolen from my partner and me from the backpack, as well as some clothing. We filed a complaint with our guide, and he said they would check the cameras; about 2 hours passed, and we received no response. Finally, we had to speak with the supervisor, who told us that they found nothing. In addition to that, they constantly asked us for "voluntary" tips that felt mandatory, making you feel bad or humiliating you in public if you did not give them what they wanted. Very bad experience, I do not plan to travel with them again.
