Aventure de plongée avec tuba à Xelha ! Magnifique et naturel de Playa Del Carmen

Snorkeling was a blast. The main river gets VERY crowded. Food was delicious with very attentive staff. If you are getting picked up from your resort then the day is too long. You do not need to be there from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. We were basically done with going to all of the activities by about 1:00 pm. If you are not planning on paying more for the other activities that are not included, you do not need to be there all day long. Having unlimited food and beverages, alcoholic and sodas was nice to have all day. Having clean towels available to us all day was also a nice perk. I do suggest bringing your own snorkeling gear though, as they are reused day after day by visitors. We HIGHLY recommend water shoes. Severe lack of changing rooms, so change early or be prepared to change in a bathroom or not at all.

Here's a polished review that stays balanced and credible. It praises the employees who deserve it while giving specific, constructive criticism. I visited Xel-Há on July 1, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was a mix of excellent hospitality and disappointing customer service. First, the positive. The Mexican buffet restaurant was outstanding. Manuel H took the time to show us how to properly assemble a traditional Sopa de Lima, and it ended up being the best Sopa de Lima I've ever had. He was genuinely kind, authentic, and clearly passionate about sharing Mexican culture. Experiences like that are what make a visit memorable. Unfortunately, the experience with many of the ride operators was the complete opposite. The most concerning was the operator at the second zipline (the one you can access from the ground with the instruction sign nearby). He wasn't just indifferent—he was openly aggressive toward guests. He repeatedly raised his voice, almost yelling at people to stay behind the ladder, even though the posted sign clearly states that up to three people may be on the ladder. Some guests didn't even speak Spanish or English, yet he treated them with the same hostility instead of trying to help them understand. What made it worse was hearing him complain to guests that his supervisor hadn't sent anyone to relieve him so he could go eat. While I understand that employees can have difficult days, customers should never feel like they're being punished for it. Sadly, this wasn't an isolated incident. More than half of the employees we interacted with seemed indifferent, and several came across as unnecessarily aggressive. I understand that staff sometimes need to raise their voices in busy, noisy attractions to keep people safe, but there's a big difference between speaking loudly and speaking aggressively. Throughout the day, we also received contradictory instructions—for example, being told to wait in one area, only to be scolded moments later for standing exactly where another employee had directed us. Xel-Há is a beautiful park with amazing nature, great food, and incredible attractions. That's exactly why it's disappointing that the customer service in many of the attractions fell so far below the standard set by people like Manuel H. I hope management recognizes employees who create exceptional experiences and also addresses the attitude and professionalism of some ride operators, because they significantly affected what should have been an amazing day.

Xelha is a very intriguing adventure park with lots of fun things to do. We snorkeled, ziplined, swam in cenotes, rode bikes, ate lots of all you can eat food and drinks. We saw lots of fish and wildlife. We also purchased the photo pass where you can scan your wrist band and will take pictures of you in different parts of the park. This is highly recommended. They have equipment that you can rent. The parents were tired by 2:00 pm so we were able to just lounge around in the lounge chairs with beautiful views sipping some refreshing beverages.

Very good treatment, very friendly everyone. Incredible staff, very good facilities, very good food and very well specified separations.

We booked this through TUI holidays at the hotel so the transfer was included. We had a great day out and it was worth the entrance fee. I was a bit disappointed with the snuba in the Cenote at $104 (US). It was a short dive and you barely made it into the cave. I’m an experienced scuba diver so that’s may be why I felt it was poor. I won’t be repeating that error again. The rest of the park was good fun and the food was included and it to was pretty good. The kids had a great time and were barely out of the water all day.

This park was so much fun! The transportation gets you there just as the park opens. You have the option to buy the photo package (do it!) And tickets for activities that cost extra. As soon as you walk in, EAT BKFAST! all the food all day long is free and tasty and plentiful! And all the alcoholic drinks start serving at 10am, TOP SHELF! No lie, but pace yourself , you don't wanna be toasty when you are swimming. Follow their agenda of starting off at the top of the river, either snorkeling or on inner tubes. The river is LONG, and if you just float down gingerly, you will take up 1/2 your day. Paths to activities are clearly marked and easy to understand. When it says 10mins to nearest bathroom", they are right! Before you know it, it's lunchtime and you need a rest. Then on to other activities. Drinks close EARLY, so watch the clock for Last Call

The park is very spacious, we really liked being able to walk through a jungle to get to the various attractions. The cenotes were nice to look at and swim through, for snorkeling you got the equipment, Zip Line was fun, etc., there were plenty of seating, sun loungers and hammocks. Food and drinks were included and tasted good. BUT unfortunately we were not told at the time of booking that 10 attractions are not included in the price. We paid 130€ per person, and have not seen it for other things to pay extra again. For spa treatments I can still see it but things that are advertised, e.g. speedboating or walking at the bottom of the sea with diving bells, for the proud 75€ I already find a bit snappy. In addition, photos are taken at these attractions, which then have to be paid extra. The bottom line is that it was a nice day, we were already disappointed, the entrance fee is not justified in our opinion.

I loved the park, having open bar and unlimited food makes the experience even better. It's beautiful, well preserved and you see all the marine life possible, had a raft under me in the river I almost died of fear KKKKK It's worth going down the river in the boia, bigger adventure

Excellent experience. Will definitely do it all over again. Our favorite was the dolphins meet and greet but the whole park was amazing. Seamless experience, no lines for rides, and the photo and video package was superb.

Spectacular, very good. They fulfilled everything, very well preserved. of the best activities we did in Cancun.
