Vous irez visiter le marché local en compagnie de notre moniteur pendant 45 minutes à 1 heure Nous retournons au pot commun pour préparer le repas Atelier pratique de cuisine animé par notre chef et formateur Une fois la cuisson terminée, vous pourrez déguster le repas que vous avez préparé Cours de cuisine (3 à 3 h 30 avec 3 plats) et, en prime, un café aux œufs ou un café à la noix de coco à la fin du cours.

What an amazing experience. Guide Kai and Chef Linh were wonderful and were extremely knowledgeable and patient while giving cooking instructions. The food we chose was fantastic. Highly recommend the experience of preparing, cooking and eating local cuisine.
Kai and Linh were fabulous from the market tour to creating our chosen dishes! Clear instructions and perfect pace resulted in so much delicious food. We certainly left full and happy!
We learned so much about choosing foods at the market and then we prepared the many foods before cooking. Now we are so full of delicious food. Our guide Kai, and chef Linh, were both so friendly and funny and patient with us. This was the BEST tour!!!
Had a wonderful morning with Kai and Angel. They were fun and helpful throughout the cooking class. All the produce was fresh and abundant. We made 3 dishes then they showed me the proper way how to eat them. Couldn't have found a better class.
Market tour was first and interesting. 3rd floor of restaurant was a private guide and led us through 4 recipes that were very tasty and fun. Ended with lots of food that was very tasty.
Great experience! We booked the 2pm class and had a good tour of the market then cooked 3 dishes. Everyone was very friendly, patient and helpful. Highly recommend.
