Votre voyage commence par un ramassage pratique à l'hôtel dans un confortable monospace 8 places. Notre chauffeur Anglais viendra vous chercher directement dans votre logement et vous transportera au Mémorial et Musée d'Auschwitz-Birkenau, vous permettant de vous détendre et de vous concentrer sur l'expérience à venir. Pour tenir compte des horaires d'entrée au musée , les heures de ramassage peuvent varier et peuvent être programmées en tout temps entre 5h30 et 14h00. Les détails exacts de la ramassage seront fournis avant votre visite. À Auschwitz I et Auschwitz II-Birkenau, vous aurez l'occasion d'explorer les terrains préservés du camp, de voir des casernes et des expositions originales, de marcher le long des voies ferrées historiques et d'en apprendre davantage sur la vie des personnes emprisonnées ici pendant la Shoah. Cette expérience combine un transport fiable, un service de porte à porte et la commodité d'un chauffeur Anglais, rendant votre visite aussi fluide et sans stress que possible tout en vous assurant d'avoir le temps de réfléchir à l'importance de ce site commémoratif.

Notre chauffeur viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel (ou n'importe quelle adresse à Cracovie) et vous conduira au musée
Une fois arrivé au musée, vous aurez une pause de 15 minutes, puis avec votre Guide vous entrerez dans le musée où des agents de sécurité qui vérifieront vos cartes d'identité.
Après la première partie de la visite, vous aurez une pause de 15 minutes après quoi nos chauffeurs vous emmèneront à la partie suivante de la visite Auschwitz Birkenau où vous aurez une visite d'une heure avec votre Guide.
Après la visite, notre chauffeur vous conduira à votre hôtel ou à un autre endroit de Cracovie de votre choix.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Nous prenons en charge les passagers de tous les hôtels et appartements. Si votre hôtel est situé dans la zone piétonne de la vieille ville, nous vous suggérerons l'endroit le plus proche où nous nous rencontrerons. Notre chauffeur vous accueillera à la réception de l'hôtel ou à l'entrée s'il s'agit d'un appartement sans réception. Il vous suffira de dire votre nom et de montrer la réservation sur votre smartphone. Après la visite, nous vous déposerons à l'endroit choisi.

Our driver, Mat, was very supportive throughout the trip and made sure we were comfortable the whole way. Our tour guide was also fantastic, clearly passionate about the subject and explained every detail with real enthusiasm. Overall a great experience thanks to both of them!
