Nous organiserons pour vous la visite d'Auschwitz (le voyage inclus visite également Birkenau). Un chauffeur Anglais viendra vous chercher à l'hôtel entre 06h00 - 10h00. Le trajet en bus de Cracovie à Auschwitz dure environ 1h20m de route. Une durée moyenne de visite d'Auschwitz est d'environ 2 heures, Birkenau d'environ 1h20m. Notre visite guidée Anglaise commence entre 09 : 00 - 11 : 00am. Nous réserverons pour vous tous les billets à l'avance. Notre chauffeur vous attendra au parking du musée. Le groupe moyen se situe entre 20 et 30 personnes à Auschwitz. Retour à Cracovie entre 14h30 - 16h30.

- Une confirmation sera reçue au moment de la réservation.
- Veuillez noter que la taille maximale des sacs à dos ou sacs à main apportés au Musée & Mémorial d'Auschwitz ne peut dépasser les dimensions : 30x20x10cm.
- Un maximum de 15 personnes par réservation.
- Un minimum de 2 personnes par réservation est requis.
- Deux jours avant la visite, nous vous enverrons l'heure exacte de prise en charge de votre emplacement.
- Depuis, pour toute réservation effectuée pour 2020 pour la visite d'Auschwitz-Birkenau, nous avons besoin du nom et prénom de chaque participant (le même que dans sa pièce d'identité ou son PASSEPORT). Si nous ne l'obtenons pas, nous ne pourrons pas acheter de billets d'entrée au Museu d'Auschwitz-Birkenau.
- Assurez-vous d'apporter avec vous au musée d'Auschwitz-Birkenau, une pièce d'identité ou un PASSEPORT, car les gardes vous renseigneront à ce sujet avant d'entrer. Sans elle, vous ne pourrez pas entrer dans le musée.

Amazing services very well organised the driver even gave us loads of history talks and a video in the minibus in the way about Auchwitz would highly recommend. My Son was fascinated and really enjoyed the trip.
Nice driver Robert engaged and good service
Couldn't fault the driver; pick-up and drop-off were great. The tour guide, however (Konrad), unfortunately wasn't cut out for taking english speaking tours. We felt like we missed a lot of information about our surroundings. The live setting speaks for itself, but we'd have preferred more detailed information.
Very smooth journey and transition through the museum. Interesting and moving
Krakow is amazing and the Auschwitz tour was something me and my husband wanted to do. We felt to visit krakow and not do this tour would be disrespectful to the thousands of people who suffered during the war. It brings lots of emotions and walking into the gas chambers seeing where so many people were executed and the horrible conditions, they lived in. We both are big historians and all of our trips whilst in Krakow gave such mixed emotions. So much sadness, loss, silence and a calmness.

Excellent organization and a highly professional approach from both the driver, Daniel, and the interpreter, Michał. Everything was well organized, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend using their services!
Overall good but oh what a pace that was kept during the tour. Guide good but the technology with headset swayed a little so difficult to hear on a number of occasions
Thoroughly recommend this trip! Collected early morning in a comfortable mini van with a lovely driver. Provided lunch for £12 which was really good, more than I expected! The guide was great, English clear speaking and everything flowed really well. Dropped off at estimated time with no issues.
The train shoulder is empty, the large entrance gate is open, there are no longer people crowded in the barracks, the chimneys of the crematorium ovens do not vomit smoke, there are no screams of despair, there is nothing, only peace, only silence, a tear from the visitor, a silent prayer. Only peace and nothing more, there were already enough deaths and for what?
