The tour guide Magda is very very knowledgeable. She is very good at speaking English which made it very easy to understand.
Max was extremely professional, informative and we had a really great tour!
Great trip! Our driver was so nice and helpful all the way😊Informered well both before and during the trip😊Minibus that took us there and home. Nice with only 7 travellers in total(including my family of 3 pcs). Strong experience that is really recommended! Our driver, Yakup made the trip so pleasant, great thanks to him🙏
Driver was easy to contact when I needed to change our pick up location. He kept us up to date as to when he would arrive as was running a bit late, but not his fault but due to another passenger who forgot something. Would not hesitate to use again if required.
Its such an important cultural experience to see. The tour was so well organised. Friendly. Great travel. So much to learn and see. The tour guide was very friendly but she felt nervous and her timing wasn't perfect at certain times. She was knowledgeable and took time for questions. The pacing felt fast at times but theres so much to understand. The summary at the end felt very powerful to hear.
I booked this tour because visiting Auschwitz had been something I had wanted to do since I was little, and I’m so grateful I finally had the opportunity. It was a very moving, emotional, and educational experience that I will never forget. As I wasn’t staying at a hotel, I was picked up a short walk from my apartment instead. This was communicated clearly beforehand by my driver, Max, which made everything very straightforward. Despite the early 5:45 a.m. pickup, Max greeted me with a smile and was incredibly friendly throughout the day. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and well looked after, and his professionalism really stood out. When we arrived, we were given our visitor stickers and met our guide, Magda I think… She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the history of Auschwitz and the atrocities committed by Nazi Germany during the Holocaust. She explained everything with great respect and compassion, and I could have listened to her all day. The amount of information she shared made the visit even more meaningful. One thing to be aware of is that there is a lot of walking involved, including uneven paths and ground, so I wouldn’t recommend this tour for anyone with significant mobility issues. Overall, this was an incredibly well-organised tour, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about this important part of history. A huge thank you to Max for making the day run so smoothly and to Magda for such an insightful and unforgettable tour.
We booked last minute and the experience was smooth and easy. Max, our driver, communicated promptly and clearly. We were picked up right from our hotel on time. Max planned a brief rest stop right before we arrived at the museum to avoid lines and efficiently got us to the tour starting point. The museum experience was somber, informative and worthwhile. We opted for the optional packed lunch, which was greatly appreciated between the two tours. Our ride home was quick and easy. A great experience all around.
Our driver Powell was amazing!! Super personable and so informative! His insider knowledge was greatly appreciated!
We booked last minute as we were let down by another company and we’re so glad because this team was the best! Picked us up on time, really great guys and they even dropped us off at the airport after. Alex in particular went above and beyond, couldn’t recommend enough!
Extraordinary tour full of deep learning & emotions. With an exceptional guide and friendly/helpful tour organiser (Max). A must visit when in Poland
