Grâce à un service de ramassage pratique à l'hôtel, les déplacements se font en toute transparence; nous vous tiendrons au courant car les horaires de ramassage varient selon les itinéraires. Choisissez votre trajet : VTT – Ces 4 roues peuvent accueillir deux personnes, idéal pour les pilotes en solo ou en couple (18 + à conduire, mineurs avec un adulte). Buggies – Amusant à conduire, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à quatre personnes, idéal pour les aventures partagées. Nos arrêts comprennent une grotte cachée aux eaux immaculées, parfaite pour un plongeon rafraîchissant, et un ranch dominicain traditionnel où vous dégusterez du café, du cacao, du mamajuana et des cigares fabriqués localement, vous connectant aux saveurs uniques de l'île. It was a nice ride but so much time wasted. The tour started well past the time they stated. Went to the cave, no information was given about it. No soon as we got into the water they said it was time to go. The stops were incredibly short with very little information given. We did this tour to go mudding and we only went through one puddle which just happened to be on our tour.

The experience was good and the tour was well done. I would have liked the bandana and eye protection to be provided as a loan with the experience. Lack of safety for mud in the eyes and dust in breathing ways. I’d rather the booking be $10 more to include borrowing these instead of buying them. There also wasn’t any mud on the trails like the picture. One good splash area and it even rained the day before. Having members with buckets at these spots would make it better.

Amazing experience, people were friendly and entertaining. Remember to bring water, masks/bandana, and sunglasses for the dust (Very expensive if you buy from them).

It was ok for what it was. The English for instructions and information on the tour was limited, but almost everybody in our group spoke Spanish except us so that could be why. The stop at the Dominican village was good if you haven’t heard that information before, but the stop at the cenote had WAY too many people in a very small space due to other tours as well. The beach was good and had a few vendors for souvenir shopping off resort, which is nice. If this is the only one you do and have nothing to compare it to, it’s probably OK. But we had done a different one earlier in the week that was just a much better experience.

I loved the experience, we enjoyed it very much, the staff is very attentive, the only drawback was when communicating with the facilities to receive arrival instructions, but everything else was very good

approx. 10 minutes in on the tour our machine ran out of gas. Naturally the tour went on without us . We sat in the machine approx 45 minutes waiting for gas to be brought out so we could continue. This obviously greatly affected our enjoyment of the tour and being able to keep up with the rest of the family. we made a report of the incident with the rep at the resort when we returned but never heard any more about it. Also the transfer when we arrived in punta cana to our resort was chaotic. It was poorly organized to get us from the terminal to the bus.
Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your ATV tour. Having your machine run out of gas shortly after the excursion began and then waiting approximately 45 minutes for assistance is completely unacceptable, and we fully understand how this negatively impacted your enjoyment of the tour and your ability to share the experience with your family. We are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this caused. We also apologize that after reporting the issue at the resort, you did not receive any follow-up communication. This is not the level of customer service we strive to provide. In addition, we regret to hear that your arrival transfer experience in Punta Cana felt disorganized and stressful. Please know that your feedback is being treated with urgency and will be escalated to both our operations and transportation management teams for immediate review. Situations like this do not reflect the quality of experience we aim to deliver to our guests. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and again offer our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced.
