Oui vous apprenez à faire la pâte feuilletée à partir de zéro. Tout est fait à la main. Nous promettons que vous pouvez reproduire l'acte dans votre maison! Vous savez que la recette a été créée dans un monastère ? Nous allons vous raconter l'Histoire. D'abord nous le cuisinons et la fin nous goûtons le délice avec un vin porto ou une liqueur de ginja, tchim tchim!

It was amazing and the instructor had a way of engaging all three of my grandchildren. The pastry we made was the best we have ever had.
An interesting experience to share with family or friends.
Semi-hands on experience. They are hard to make! I will never do it but I like eating them! Mostly enjoyed instructor’s cultural info on Portugal.
Filipa was very friendly. She explained everything very well. We had a good time and at the end we ate the tarts that we had made - they were delicious, especially washed down with some port.

Fun, interactive, delicious pastries. class actually went about 2 and 1/2 hours. we all enjoyed--including our 14 yr old daughter
