Description

Super fun family experience and learned a lot! Our samurai instructor Yama San was great and our museum tour guide Sayo was so friendly and informative!
Great experience with fun and knowledgeable staff!
I was just browsing around the internet looking for cool things for us to do in Kyoto, and thought our kids might find this fun. In fact, not only did they find it fun, my husband and I also found it fun! Raito was our sensei and he was a great teacher. We first put on our samurai garb and picked out our swords for some pictures. Then the class began. We learned about the samurai, how to hold the samurai sword, about a battle itself, and the basic sword fighting moves. What an amazing time we had. Totally worth it. The museum itself is also very interesting, it’s worth a visit, but the samurai sword fighting training was the absolute coolest thing we’ve done in Kyoto.
Yamasan was a briliant samurai instructor, fun and enganong with lot of knowledge. We learnet a lot with him and also learning how to use a série was pretty cool. The museum was impressive. Original armours, katanas and other objects from samurai and not buas period. Fun game at the end throwing a shuriken to a target.
Great experience. Should visit and get a tour! Our guide Tera-san was excellent in explaining and getting our attention. He has a great voice projection for this job too! Thank you!
We had such an amazing samurai experience in Japan with my son and little grandsons! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming-especially with the kids. Ko our interactive guide made the whole experience fun and memorable. It was more than just an activity... it felt like stepping into Japanese history and culture together as a family. Thank you for making such special memories for us during my first trip to Kyot. Japan. Highly recommend for the family.
