Notre mission a toujours été de célébrer la culture culinaire mexicaine et quelle meilleure façon de le faire que d'apprendre en faisant. * Apprenez à préparer un repas mexicain traditionnel du début à la fin. *Le menu peut être facilement adapté aux végétariens. * Comprend des recettes écrites à emporter chez vous.

Julieta made the class easy to follow. It was very interactive and we learned how to prepare several dishes plus we got to eat everything afterwards. We loved all the food and we look forward to preparing the dishes when we get home!

This was a very well run class, and I've done many all over. We prepped everything, and did most of the cooking. She did not supply beer etc. but was fine if we brought our own. A wonderful evening out. Thank you
An absolute highlight of our trip! The food was phenomenal, the class was hands-on and engaging, and the chef was incredibile, knowledgeable and welcoming. We even had a private experience, which made it extra special. As a vegetarian, I loved that they catered for me so I could try everything. Highly recommend don’t miss this in Mexico!

We had a great cooking experience learning traditional Mexican dishes and techniques to create a delicious multi course feast. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly . We highly recommend this cooking experience for anyone who would like to learn to cook traditional Mexican meals.

I cannot recommend this more highly! Julieta planned the perfect meal and we cooked everything with her guidance. It was like cooking and talking with an old friend. The dinner was fantastic and just eating together was fun. If you want to learn a truly personal side of Mexico, this is a perfect opportunity.
Julieta taught us how to prepare a super dinner of Mexican food in a spacious area, with all the kitchen tools we needed. Julieta’s assistant, Madeleine, did a great job of keeping the kitchen area organized. Very fresh ingredients were given to us to use as well as extensive instructions and demonstrations on how to prepare the food. At the end, we all enjoyed our meal, but sadly couldn’t take any leftovers with us as we were staying in a hotel.
This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our time in Mexico City. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised, clear communication, perfect timing, and a seamless flow that made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Julieta was amazing, knowledgeable, passionate, and very engaging, with clear explanations and great energy throughout. We learned so much and the food we made was delicious. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mexico City!
