Amsterdam WONDR Expérience avec Bob l'éponge Special

Super cute unplanned detour. Did both experiences and they were so cool! Would definitely recommend!

Paid €50 for 2 tickets, overall the experience was good but I just do not think it was worth the money. You get to scan a QR code and take pictures along the way that you can download which was good. The SpongeBob special was once again good but not worth the money, you could get a bikini bottom driving licence which was a nice touch but had to pay an extra €10 for it! You can stay in there as long as you wish but to do the full tour I would say it takes about 25-30 minutes. I would say overall it is fun for the time you are in there but it isn’t worth the money.

It was amazing it was a 10/10 Just there were balls from the pool that spilled over into the sponge bob activity

This was a lot of fun. We visited both the Barbie and Spongebob experiences, as well as the main Wondr rooms. They have free lockers in the main foyer, so leave your bags, coats etc, they'll just get in your way if you carry them through the experience. Each room has photo points, where you can scan your ticket qr code and get free photos of you taken and sent direct to you by email. You can also take as many photos of your own as you want, and the staff are happy to help out. I wish we'd taken a selfie stick, that would have made heaps of difference to some of our pics. And prepare to spend a while here, its so easy to lose track of time! Lots of fun, great photo props, dont skip anything, just embrace the craziness! Really fun day out, ten out of ten!

The idea is nice, but the execution leaves something to be desired. It was extremely busy on Easter Day and that means you had to wait a long time to go from room to room. Some iPads did not function and the confetti shower did not work. Furthermore, the outing is not really suitable for children. They want to play, but in reality you shuffle from room to room for a selfie and that was it. The cafe was dirty. No table was clean or cleaned. In short, price quality quite out of proportion. And there are many more fun outings for children to think of.

My friend and I had a blast, it’s well worth the money. We went on a Thursday afternoon, it wasn’t super busy. The staff were excellent, they were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend:)

I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff were short and came across as quite rude from the moment we arrived. It felt like every question we asked was an inconvenience, and nothing was properly explained to us - we were just expected to somehow know how everything worked. One staff member in particular made things especially uncomfortable. While speaking to me, she kept widening her eyes in a way that felt mocking, as if I was stupid for asking a simple question. To make it worse, she then turned to my partner as if looking for some kind of reaction or agreement, which was both awkward and disrespectful. The interactive rooms were also pretty rubbish and nowhere near as good as they’re made out to be online. On top of that, the staff seemed to make up rules as they went along - things like “don’t drink your water” and “don’t lean on the walls” were thrown at us without any prior notice. It just added to the overall frustrating experience. Overall, it’s been made to look very good online, but in reality it’s a letdown. The service made us feel unwelcome and talked down to, and the experience itself simply didn’t live up to the hype. A bit of patience, clarity, and basic courtesy would have gone a long way.
