Lors de cette visite à pied de la cuisine secrète, vous découvrirez la meilleure cuisine hollandaise locale du quartier Jordaan d'Amsterdam. Le Jordaan est le Greenwich Village d'Amsterdam, avec ses ruelles étroites, ses canaux verdoyants bordés de maisons du XVIIe siècle, ses boutiques spécialisées originales, ses cafés et ses boutiques de créateurs. Vous pourrez déguster des crêpes traditionnelles faites maison appelées "Poffertjes". Ensuite, vous goûterez quelques-uns des meilleurs fromages hollandais. Vous visiterez un poissonnier local et dînerez avec du hareng et du kibbeling traditionnel, des morceaux de poisson panés. Vous goûterez Stamppot, un favori local. Our tour guide, Mike, was fabulous! We visited wonderful sites for this tasting tour, beyond what we expected, everything unique to Amsterdam. We tried herring, Dutch mini pancakes, cod, the Amsterdam fries with yummy sauces, delicious “Dutch” apple pie and wonderful cheese. With tons of history thrown in as well. We thoroughly enjoyed this food tour!
