Lors de cette visite à pied de la cuisine secrète, vous découvrirez la meilleure cuisine hollandaise locale du quartier Jordaan d'Amsterdam. Le Jordaan est le Greenwich Village d'Amsterdam, avec ses ruelles étroites, ses canaux verdoyants bordés de maisons du XVIIe siècle, ses boutiques spécialisées originales, ses cafés et ses boutiques de créateurs. Vous pourrez déguster des crêpes traditionnelles faites maison appelées "Poffertjes". Ensuite, vous goûterez quelques-uns des meilleurs fromages hollandais. Vous visiterez un poissonnier local et dînerez avec du hareng et du kibbeling traditionnel, des morceaux de poisson panés. Vous goûterez Stamppot, un favori local. Et à la fin, il y aura un délicieux plat secret.
Vous passerez devant la Westertoren ("tour ouest"), le plus haut clocher d'Amsterdam, à 87 mètres (±286 pieds).

On this fantastic and very delicious tour we got to try some of Amsterdam best dishes. We had a great time with Mike he did an exceptional job telling us about the history of Amsterdam and learn about the dishes. We had a great tour with Mike today! Everything we ate was amazing (even the herring which was just a tiny bit outside our normal comfort zone)! Great tour with local food and history and knowledge of Amsterdam. Mike was an excellent guide, calm, knowledgeable, open to questions and fun. We’ve now done Secret food tours in 5 cities, they haven’t missed yet! The tour walked through the NW portion of central Amsterdam, starting from the Anne Frank monument and included very typical Dutch dishes.
