Description
Le service commence au port au débarcadère de votre navire, le chauffeur aura une pancarte avec le nom de la personne qui a réservé. Après les présentations, le chauffeur vous conduira au véhicule qui est une mini-fourgonnette Mercedes Benz. Du port, vous vous dirigerez vers Florence où, après un court arrêt sur la Piazzale Michelangelo pour prendre des photos du meilleur panorama de Florence, le chauffeur vous déposera sur la place principale de la ville. De là, vous aurez tout le temps de visiter Florence, la cathédrale, la place della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, etc. Avant de partir, vous conviendrez avec le chauffeur de l'heure et du lieu de prise en charge. le transfert de Livourne à Florence prend environ 1 heure et demie. Vous serez ramené au port et déposé exactement là où vous avez été pris en charge le matin.

Great trip into Florence from Livorno! Everything was perfect! Driver on time in a beautiful van. This was a cruise shore excursion.
Gabrielle was prompt, knowledgeable about the area, and ver accommodating. I got sick through the winding roads and he was so kind and helpful. His van was immaculate. He even made an exception for us to be able to stay longer in Florence than initially contracted for extra Euro. This enabled us to keep out tickets to the Uffizi and explore the city a bit more.
Two of us have been to Tuscany multiple times and spent as much as a week at a time in the countryside, but for one it was a first time visit & for a physically fit person to travel with us older ones, a private tour is a must! Gabrielle, our guide was perfect. He told us all we wanted to know but did not over-do the talking. He was an excellent driver. We visited Pisa for a photo stop at the Tower and spent the balance of the day in Florence soaking in the arts and culture and eating the fabulous food! Gabrielle recommended a wonderful restaurant where we could indulge in wine pasta and meats and we older folks could linger over a coffee while the younger went shopping and sightseeing. Plan your own pace and places on a private tour.
Gabriele Benedetti was our driver and he made the whole process painless. Our cruise had a change of itinerary and he was promptly in touch with me to reschedule and also promptly answered my questions about the car accommodating my scooter. On the day he was clear in his instructions to us and met us promptly for the return trip. Five stars!!
Our guide Gabrielle was fantastic! He was accommodating and friendly to us. He brought us into Florence and told us where he would meet us so we would get back to the cruise ship on time. We had over four hours there. He gave us suggestions on to where to go and shop. He even took us through the Tuscany countryside to get there and we saw beautiful vineyards. Thanks for a great time!!!!

We mainly wanted someone to drive us from Livorno to Florence and back. Gabrielle was perfect! He told us lots about Florence before we arrived, took us to Piazzale Michelangelo and then dropped us where we wanted in city center. We explored on our own and when we were ready after lunch, he drove us back to the port. He is professional, on time, friendly and didn’t mind our 1 year old granddaughter who did have some moments of crying (it’s a long drive!)
Gabriele is one of best. He arrived at the port on time and was able to customize our trip as we wanted to see the leaning tower of Pisa. He is very knowledgeable about local attractions. We had a great time with Gabriele. Highly recommended.
