Waited a while to get going even though everyone and luggage was on bus at (least 15mins) of course it does a milk run and we were last off at the Chateau Royal. Seemed to take a long time to get were we wanted to go. Transport bus also had a faulty interior light that would constantly come on and driver didn't know how to turn it off. Price okay.
I booked return service from the airport to my hotel at Anse Vata. At about AUD90 return this is by far the cheapest way to get to/from the airport My name was on their board at arrival, and departed for Noumea about 20 mins later with the bus about half full. Overall it took about 90 mins from landing to reach the hotel On the return I received a text and was able to track the minibus. It was bang on time although I think they were overly generous in allowing 3.5 hours before the flight, especially considering emigration didn’t open till one hour before But overall a very good and reliable service
very good and efficient experience - our name was on a board just outside the airport when we arrived and we had a short wait in their lounge area . Nice air conditioned coach to take us to our destination

Had difficulty locating condo AirBnB at 11.30pm. After talking it through with the night manager, she rang around and located a hotel for us to stay for the night. Can't recommend the service high enough. More than excellent.

Pick-up point is just outside of the airport. Very convenient. Spoken language is French mainly but some can speak English as well.

Small cool room to wait in with iced water available, a modern comfortable van, good safe driver . Good communication when booking from NZ too.Recommended.

The staff were really friendly when checking in for the transfer. We were shown an air conditioned room to wait while the other people arrived and then we were heading to Noumea in about 10 minutes. It was a very smooth trip with an excellent driver. His gear changes were flawless.

Old van with air conditioner broken, almost froze to death on the back seat. Waited over an hour at the airport, due to incident on the road. Maybe not their fault but made for very bad first impression. Overall bad experience. Pay little extra and find different way to get to Neumea. If I went back I would not have used this service.
Great service! Served with a cool place to wait and refreshments after arriving to the airport. There was a bit of a mix up on their side and they helped us immensely. We missed our boat and they organised us another one. Very grateful!! (I need to learn french if I came back)
