Blacklane was expensive, but provided an excellent and timely experience. Met at the airport, courteous bi-lingual driver, clean and spacious vehicle and good ride.

This airport transfer worked well for my family. We arrived later than expected, but after a quick phone call to the driver, he assured us he’d show up within 5 minutes and told us exactly what he’d be driving and how to identify him. He also helped talk to our Airbnb to figure out where to drop us off. Overall, this transfer service was a good experienced

No one was there for pickup...called you for help...was No help. We did not get the service. We are not happy at all.

Booked what I thought was a private transfer from the airport, it was not. Waited 20 minutes for the other party, they never showed up Very disappointing Driver to a great job in a very difficult situation
