Worked out great. Driver was right on time, clean and comfortable car for 5 with luggage. Complimentary bottles of water for all.

Our plane landed at 9:07 am. it took us over a half hour to get off the plane. Then we had to go through customs and get baggage. We had a problem with one of our bags. Rudy’s called us, but called the travel agent in America at two in the morning, that sure was not helpful. Two people in our party went out to meet the driver around 10:30 and never saw anybody. They called Rudy’s at 10:47 am and Rudys said they were there at the airport to pick us up and we weren’t. Taxi service left. They would not come back nor did they offer us a refund. Poor customer service. you figure it out, honey? The prices were double two that’s the other thing.
Dear Michelle, I'm sorry to read this bad experience but it does not surprise me after our call at 10:47. We always ask for the customers phone number for our bookings. If a travel agent does not provide this number to us and is not reachable at the time of the transfer we wait till max. 90 minutes after landing for our clients. By the time you called us ( 2 hours after landing, touchdown was 8:52am) the driver left already for 20 minutes and we could not send a new driver without an additional fee. The mistake was made by your travel agent and not us. We have send the pictures to Viator incl. the text messages of the driver being available at the airport from 8:50am till 10:30am. (and he was at the meeting point at 10:30am) A refund should be made by your travel agent and not us since we where at the airport for your pick up as booked. Kind regards, Rudy
Excellent service. The driver kept in touch as our plane had two delays. He was there promptly when our plane did arrive.

No stress. Our flight was 2 1/2 hrs delayed, I let them know and they contacted me as soon as we landed. We had a tour booked and wasn’t sure we were going to make it and our driver called the tour company and helped us find them.

Our driver was on time and contacted me as soon as we landed in Amsterdam. He transported us from the airport to our hotel on a very smooth ride. He was very nice & understood that we were on a long flight with hardly any sleep. I will book his company again if we go back to Amsterdam.

We waited for more than 30 minutes and the Driver never showed up. He told us he hadn’t seen the email reservation.
Dear Rita, I am so sorry that we missed your booking. That should not have happened! A refund was made directly after we discovered our mistake. It is a pity that you emailed us instead of calling Viator or us directly, because then we might have been able to solve it on the spot.
