Furnas / Île de l’Est – « Gastronomie, sources chaudes, chaudières et fumaroles » Découvrez l'une des zones volcaniques les plus emblématiques de São Miguel, souvent considérée comme le cœur du tourisme açorien. Explorez l’activité volcanique de l’une des zones volcaniques les plus actives de l’île, avec une histoire éruptive remontant à plus de 100 000 ans. Découvrez la vallée unique de Furnas, connue pour sa remarquable diversité d'eaux minérales et thermales. Découvrez comment les habitants préparent le traditionnel « cozido » des Açores en utilisant la chaleur volcanique et visitez l’une des seules plantations de thé d’Europe. Arrêt optionnel : Jardin botanique et piscine thermale Parque Terra Nostra (entrée non incluse). Cette visite dépend du temps disponible et de la participation globale du groupe le jour de la visite. Type de circuit : Excursion à terre partagée (non privée) Taille du groupe : Expérience en petit groupe prévue; toutefois, la taille du groupe peut varier en fonction de la demande, en particulier les jours de croisière.

Lorsque votre navire accoste au Port Touristique : Les navires de croisière accostent au terminal de croisière de Ponta Delgada, lorsque vous quittez le navire, vous passerez par la salle de sécurité pour atteindre le hall du terminal, c'est là que nos guides locaux vous accueillent, tenant une pancarte avec votre nom ou une pancarte avec AZORES DREAM TOURS Si nous avons plusieurs bateaux de croisière à l'époque : Un seul navire peut accoster à la fois au port touristique, dans ce cas l'autre bateau de croisière accostera au port commercial, vous devrez prendre la navette hors du port commercial, et nous serons au premier arrêt de navette de sortie en ville, tenant une pancarte avec notre nom ou une pancarte avec AZORES DREAM TOURS

This is the second time we have gone on this tour in three years. We really think it is a great tour and lots of fun and a wonderful way to see so much for a very short period of time. The guys are really making an effort to personalize the tour and give you information about the Island. I'd recommend it again -we thought Carlos was fabulous and we had such a fun time with him.

Great experience! A pleasurable tour with many fascinating things to see. My favorite was the Crater volcano and hot springs. Well worth the trip to visit a natural wonder and our tour company provided the opportunity and more.

Our operator skipped 3 of the stops on the tour. It was also only about 3:30 long and included approx 40 people. There was no customization only a bunch of driving in a bus. There were multiple complaints by those of us traveling but the operator just said the description wasn’t supposed to include that. Contacted Viator for a partial refund and they gave nothing. I will no longer use Viator since they don’t stand behind the tours they offer.

We signed up for a small group private tour and got stuck on a bus tour with more than 30 people. There were 5 stops scheduled we only made three of them. Definitely disappointed and very mislead by operator.

What we got of the tour was terrific. But we were promised a visit to the Parque Terra Nostra and we were told that it was not covered as part of the tour even though it clearly was. We chose this for the 3 highlights of tea plantation, Furnas (also never got to see where they cook the food) and hot springs. Very disappointed to be told things were included when they clearly were not.
