Nous pouvons vous rencontrer à votre hôtel et marcher jusqu'à la gare la plus proche pour nous rendre au château en train. Cependant, vous devez nous informer de votre lieu de séjour pour que nous puissions décider s’il s’agit d’une distance de marche ou non.

This tour with guide Bruno was a nice 3-4 hour venture. We had nice conversation about what it is like living in Denmark on the train to the castle in Ilsinore. He showed us around the town a bit and gave us a nice tour of the castle. I highly recommend this private tour.

This excursion started and ended with an uncomfortable train ride. The castle was not very interesting and it was not accessible.
I really don't understand your comments. I am sorry but you booked a private tour that provides a train ride from Copenhagen to hamlet castle with a private guide who met you at your doorstep. However, It seems like that you did not even read the tour description which is a shame. Furthermore, I am sorry again but I cannot take your feedback in consideration as we did not lie and hide anything from you. The tour was a amazing and Bruno so knowledgeable, about the castle and Denmark as a whole. We got so much more out to the tour then we expected. If I had to rate this tour I would give it an 11 out of 10, and definitely would recommend Bruno to everyone.

Splendid 4 hour morning spent with Bruno. We took the train to Kronborg to a lovely little fishing village where the castle is. Bruno is an amazing guide and this tour exceeded my expectations. He’s very knowledgeable, a great conversationalist and took care of everything. He also provided me with suggestions and recommendations for the remainder of my stay. I would definitely book with Bruno for any future visits! Tak!

We actually changed it up and went to Fredericksburg Castle instead, which was way more fun for a family style tour. Nicholas was amazing so ask for him regardless of going to Hamlet or Fredericksburg...or BOTH!

We purchased a private tour to be picked up by vehicle from our hotel as my husband was unable to walk any distances. The tour guide picked us up at the hotel we had to walk to the train station to go to the castle. My husband did not go as he could not walk the distance. Tried to get his ticket price refunded was told it could not be done. Tour was not as promised. On the way back the tour guide took us back to the train station and then left my granddaughter and myself there to find our way back to the hotel on our own. This was also not as promised. We were to be picked up and dropped off at the hotel as we were in a foreign country Very disappointed !!
We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good time with us. However, you should have read all the information before buying your tour, because we do not offer a vehicle to go to the castle at all - it is stated that it is by train. On top of that, I am glad that we are able to reply to your message so it does not seem that we are the bad guys here. My tour guide said that you did not want to go back to the city with him and your granddaughter was rather interested in having wi-fi for her phone than seeing the castle! Anyways, that’s not our problem. I wish you a good day and again sorry that the was not what you expected.
