Description
Rejoignez-nous pour une visite d'une journée complète au château de Hamlet, où nous remonterons la route côtière de Strandvejen et arriverons dans la charmante vieille ville de Helsingør, connue sous le nom d'Elsinor en anglais. Après notre visite à Elsinor, nous traversons l’Øresund en Suède et suivons les routes de campagne suédoises jusqu’à l’ancienne ville de Lund, où vous pourrez visiter la cathédrale de Lund, achevée en 1145. Derrière la cathédrale, vous pourrez explorer rues, avec des maisons datant des années 1700. C'est comme revenir dans l'histoire! Nous nous rendrons ensuite à Malmö, la troisième ville de Suède, où vous aurez la possibilité de faire du shopping et de profiter des taxes d’achat moins élevées de la Suède, ce qui signifie que vous bénéficiez de prix très intéressants! Pendant leur temps libre à Helsingør, les clients peuvent choisir de visiter l’intérieur du château, ou seulement de le contourner (option gratuite), ou encore de visiter la vieille ville.
Sur le chemin du château, les clients peuvent traverser la cour de la culture.
Pendant leur temps libre à Helsingør, les clients auront le temps de visiter cette cathédrale, située à quelques pas de l'arrêt de bus.
Les clients peuvent choisir de visiter ce musée au lieu d'entrer dans le château de Kronborg.
Nous nous arrêtons devant la cathédrale et les clients peuvent choisir d'y aller.
Pendant leur temps libre à Lund, les clients auront la chance de visiter les jardins.
Le bus s'arrêtera ici pendant une heure.
Les clients peuvent choisir de se promener sur la place ou de prendre un café dans l’un des cafés.
Nous aurons une pause photo de cinq minutes ici.
Nous traverserons le pont et nous nous arrêterons encore pendant dix minutes pour permettre aux clients de prendre une photo.

The tour was very well organised, and Andy was extremely informative and knowledgeable throughout. We really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot along the way. The only challenge was finding time to see all the suggested key points of interest within the allocated time. Helsingør Castle in particular is somewhere you could easily spend a whole day exploring the castle and surrounding area. We absolutely loved it and would definitely like to go back and spend more time there. A big thank you to Enjoy the Tours for a wonderful experience and for making the day so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend the tour and hope to join you again in the future!
The only comment I have is to allow more time at each of the stops. The time was a little short and have to run to be able to see what I need before the return time to the bus. Other than this everything with fine and the driver/guide was good. I liked that there was explanation all the way not like other tours where they leave big portions of the tour silent without any details.

The tour is rushed in each stop. Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Unfortunately, our experience with this excursion was very disappointing. Our group arrived only about five minutes late, and the tour guide repeatedly called us out and embarrassed us in front of the other guests. Throughout the excursion, the guide continued to blame our group for missing the ferry. We understood that being late may have caused an inconvenience, but the issue could have been handled professionally and respectfully rather than repeatedly humiliating us. The situation became even more uncomfortable on our way back to the bus. The driver handed us the brochures in a very rude and aggressive manner, forcefully pushing them into our hands and hitting our hands in the process. We paid for this excursion expecting a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and singled out. A professional tour company should know how to address delays or misunderstandings without embarrassing guests or treating them disrespectfully. Based on the way we were treated, I would not recommend this excursion.

All guests are clearly informed by both our host and driver of the exact time they need to be back at the bus, and the meeting time is also displayed on the bus. In Helsingør, all guests returned to the bus on time except for your group. Our driver and host contacted you by phone, and we were told that you would be back within approximately two minutes. You arrived about 12–15 minutes after the scheduled departure time, which was a long wait for the other guests on the tour. We understand that being addressed about the delay in front of the other passengers may have felt uncomfortable. We accept that this could have been handled more discreetly, and for that we sincerely apologize. Our driver's intention was not to embarrass anyone, but to explain the situation to the other passengers who had been waiting. Unfortunately, the delay meant that we missed the scheduled ferry, resulting in everyone having to wait approximately 20–25 minutes for the next one. We understand that this can be frustrating for everyone, and we are sorry that the situation affected your experience. At the same time, we hope you understand that our driver also has a responsibility towards the other guests who returned at the agreed time. We believe the situation could have been handled better in terms of communication, and we are happy to acknowledge that. However, we also believe it is important to clarify that the missed ferry was a result of the late return to the bus, rather than the tour being planned too tightly. We are sorry that you left the tour feeling unwelcome. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate your feedback as an opportunity for us to remind our team that how we communicate in a difficult situation is just as important as the message itself. Excellent guide and driver Mario. Dry comfortable and easy ride. The best kart is the Elsinore castle. Once in Sweden, both Lund and Malmo were not as appealing. However, the logistics and service were top class.

Great want to see Sweden if you only have a day. The cities were beautiful, bus comfortable and the driver and guide were great too

This was an excellent tour. The only negative was that it was a little warm at the back of the bus and we couldn’t hear the guide from back there. Other than that, it was great exploring three different cities.

This is a wonderful, experience-packed day of many sights, filled with lots of history and encounters with great architecture. It covers a lot of ground in both Denmark and Sweden. Plus a ferry ride! Mustafa was an excellent and most congenial chauffer and guide. Highly recommended!
