We had an amazing experience with this travel agency and our guide Bingle during our trip to Zhangjiajie. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and our guide made the entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. He was very knowledgeable about the history and culture behind each attraction, which helped us appreciate Zhangjiajie even more. Our guide was also very accommodating with our requests, including our dietary restrictions, and made sure to recommend places where we could comfortably eat. The itinerary was well planned, and we never felt rushed. Zhangjiajie is already a beautiful place, but having such a professional and caring guide made the experience even better. I highly recommend this agency and tour guide to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. They truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.

On the first day, we visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and headed to the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge in the afternoon. There were many kids in our group who loved all the special activities at the Glass Bridge, including the zip line and the slides! There is no way we could have seen so many different views without her navigation. She also planned the schedule perfectly, so that we avoided the crowds (and we also got lucky with the weather). She was very patient, letting us take breaks whenever we needed (we also had a senior in our group, which she helped look after!), and she also took many photos for our group. On the second day, we toured Tianmen Mountain. Our guide prepared snacks beforehand and carried disposable raincoats (which she purchased in advance) in her own backpack. It was scorching sunny when we left, so we thought we wouldn’t need them. However, heavy rain poured down halfway up the mountain, and the raincoats she brought were extremely useful. We took over 20,000 steps on Day 1 and over 12,000 on Day 2. We were very happy and had a wonderful trip. We highly recommend our Tour Guide Jenny!
