Not very well organized. Worth it for the Brazilian side but you can do the Argentinian side yourself.
Hello Helen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear the organization did not meet your expectations, although we are glad you found the Brazilian side worthwhile. Our goal is always to provide smooth coordination and clear guidance so travelers can make the most of both sides of the falls without logistical concerns. While some visitors choose to explore independently, many appreciate having transportation, timing, and border formalities managed for them. We value your comments and will continue reviewing how we can further improve the overall experience. Kind regards
It was the perfect tour to see Iguaçu in two days. Pick-up and drop-off times were accurate and stress-free. On the second day, the sightseeing on the Brazilian side was over in about 2 hours, and we arrived at the Brazilian side airport before noon. If you are able to return from the Brazilian airport, you will be well in time for your flight around 3pm.
Hello Hiraki, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re very happy to know that the 2-day tour was perfect for your visit to Iguazú and that everything ran smoothly and on time. It’s great to hear that the schedule allowed you to comfortably reach the Brazilian airport without stress — your detailed feedback will surely be helpful for future travelers. We truly appreciate you choosing us and hope to welcome you again in the future! 🌎✨ Kind regards, Ana
A truly optimal combination of accommodation opportunities, transfers and visits to the two national parks, Argentina and Brazil. Attentive and precise Service, small groups and very communicative guide. Of course in Iguazu you can admire the most beautiful waterfalls in the world... and that's why you will always be with thousands of visitors!
Ciao!
Very satisfied with the services offered, solution that I found ideal adding two nights. Great guide and very small group. The hotel, Jardines de Iguazú, well located near the main street of Puerto Iguazú and very friendly and kind staff
The falls are amazing so definitely worth theme trip. Great guides and they’re worth giving credit to. However…. The tour is designed for guests that take the boat trip, even though it is an optional extra. This meant we were hanging around for 2 1/2 hours with nothing to do. The tour needs to be split between ‘with boat’ and ‘without’. Also very busy, but that’s not the guide’s fault. The 1/2 day Brazil side was a lot of agro getting across the border for just a 1 hour experience. Not really worth it. Our early morning airport transfer did not arrive. No explanation given. We got a taxi and it was fine but you don’t need that stress.
Local guide was excellent and we enjoyed his company. The coordination of our trips by Viator was a bit hectic with room for improvement.

Awesome trip to the Argentina and Brazilian side of the falls with transportation and tour guides who were both amazing! Only downside was a late pickup to airport at end of tour Otherwise would highly recommend this tour to see Iguazu falls
Hi, Tracy_S! Thanks for your review! We are very delighted to see that you enjoyed your trip to both sides of the Falls. Your opinion is very important to us since it helps us to keep improving our services as we always strive to offer the most memorable experience to our passengers. Thank you. Best regards, Cecilia.
To us, Iguazu Falls was the edge of the world and we knew NOTHING about how to get there, where to stay, where to eat. Nothing. I searched and found Say Huegue, with recommendations from National Geographic among others for ecological awareness. The prices were beyond our means, and at that point, the Expert Mery went to work. I told her our budget, time frame, etc. and within 24 hours she gave me the package that gave us the Experience of a Lifetime that we could afford. For example, Mery took out the Brazilian side, a fancy steak dinner and eliminated a luxury hotel. dropping the trip from 3 nights to 2. After that, advisor Andrea took over, and answered my many questions, including during Whatsapp message and actual phone calls. From the lodging, food, transportation and the guide, it could not have been better. I know many people can afford expensive international travel, and for you there are options to match your hopes. But for those of you who want to see one of the Natural Wonders of the World, but can't afford the prices you see, I just say: Don't be afraid to ask. We spent the last day of 2023 at Iguazu Falls then dined on local river fish for New Years Eve at a restaurant in Puerto Iguazu recommended by Andrea. We are so happy.
Amazing experience from beginning to end. I couldn’t recommend this more. I came for a 3 day solo trip to see iguazu and booking this made my whole experience seamless. This was my first time in both Argentina & Brazil and some conveniences I got from this tour were so valuable. From getting picked up & dropped off at the airport to getting help navigating the border crossing across Brazil & Argentina which I had to do multiple times. The tour itself was breathtaking and I’m immensely grateful I was able to see this. Would definitely recommend doing the boat tour, especially on the Argentinian side. The boat tour on the Brazillian side is also nice but less so than the Argentinian side.
The tour guides were very attentive and patient. Highly recommend the trip. Would recommend the boat trip, just make sure you have a change of clothes!
