Itinéraire
Après la prise en charge à votre hôtel, vous serez conduit au célèbre parc national d'Iguazu, situé du côté argentin des chutes. Gardez les yeux ouverts : vous pourrez apercevoir des animaux sauvages dans la forêt subtropicale environnante (toucans, perroquets et coatis, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns !)
Les chutes d'Iguazu sont l'une des attractions naturelles les plus spectaculaires d'Amérique du Sud et du monde : elles ont été déclarées site du patrimoine mondial par l'UNESCO ! À votre arrivée, vous montrerez votre billet d'entrée et entrerez dans le parc (droit d'entrée non inclus).
Ensuite, montez à bord d'un train écologique à travers la forêt tropicale d'Iguazu pour accéder à la plate-forme d'observation qui surplombe l'impressionnante gorge du diable, la cascade la plus importante et la plus imposante de toutes. Vous ne cesserez d'être émerveillé par la force de millions de litres d'eau tombant à différentes hauteurs ! ** Au cas où il y aurait beaucoup de monde dans le train pour aller à La Gorge du Diable, vous essaierez d'abord d'aller dans des endroits moins fréquentés.
Après avoir visité "Garganta del Diablo" (Gorge du Diable), vous continuerez à explorer les allées du circuit inférieur ou supérieur accompagné d'un guide spécialisé local. Les deux ne manqueront pas de vous impressionner : Le LOWER CIRCUIT, propose une expérience plus intime avec la nature en vous promenant directement dans la forêt jusqu'au cœur des chutes, vous pourrez ressentir « l'esprit » de la jungle ; son humidité, ses sons et ses arômes. Le CIRCUIT SUPÉRIEUR offre de magnifiques vues panoramiques du haut des chutes. Ce circuit est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se détendre avec le bruit de l'eau en arrière-plan et la lumière du soleil sur votre peau. Les passerelles surélevées vous emmèneront au-dessus de la ligne de chute de plusieurs des sauts principaux. Avez-vous faim? Vous aurez du temps libre pour déjeuner (déjeuner non inclus).
Après avoir parcouru les circuits, embarquez à bord d'un camion découvert à travers la forêt tropicale luxuriante accompagné d'un guide bilingue puis descendez les escaliers menant à l'embarcadère. Maintenant, le moment que vous attendiez : embarquez pour une aventure en bateau inoubliable ! Rapprochez-vous des chutes de Tres Mosqueteros et profitez de la vue imprenable sur la Gorge du Diable qui couronne le canyon. Pour ajouter encore plus d'adrénaline, affrontez l'incomparable chute de San Martín, la deuxième plus grande de toutes ! Inutile de vous dire que vous serez trempé ! **Vous parcourrez 6 km (2 km de rapides).** Veuillez consulter la liste des restrictions ci-dessous pour vérifier que vous pouvez vous lancer dans cette aventure. **La promenade en bateau peut être affectée par un niveau de rivière trop bas ou trop élevé (cela peut se produire environ deux fois par an).
Après avoir profité des dernières vues de la journée, nous vous ramènerons à votre hôtel à Puerto Iguazu. **L'ordre de l'itinéraire est susceptible de changer en raison de conditions de nature opérationnelle. Votre guide décidera quel circuit doit être visité en premier pour éviter les longues files d'attente et les grandes foules. **Les horaires peuvent varier selon la météo, le trafic, etc.

- Le bateau pour les chutes peut accueillir jusqu'à environ 45 passagers
- L'heure de prise en charge est sujette à changement
- Pour participer à la « Grande Aventure », chaque passager doit apporter son passeport. Les membres du personnel de l'entreprise peuvent exiger cette documentation.
- Pendant la période de Noël et du Nouvel An, le circuit peut être composé de groupes de 40 passagers maximum en raison de la forte demande.
- En raison des protocoles de sécurité préventifs associés aux conditions météorologiques saisonnières d’El Niño, l’accès public + trajet en train jusqu’au circuit de la Gorge du Diable a été temporairement interrompu pour sauvegarder les infrastructures du parc. La majorité du parc national Iguazú reste ouvert, sûr et pleinement opérationnel.

The tour is incredible well organized, safe, fun, and easily the most memorable part of my trip to the Iguazu Falls. Do not hesitate booking it.
Well-organized and punctual tour. Very kind and knowledgeable guide. You are going to get quite wet. I recommend wearing something waterproof to better enjoy the experience. The all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant is not very good.

Great day and experience! Jorge taught us a lot and showed us a lot in the national park, along the trails, train ride, shuttle ride to/from hotel… Boat ride under the falls was the wildest part of the trip. Glad we did it at the end so we could wash the sweat off from the hiking!

Excellent experience. Tour guy was very well knowledge and give us enough time for pictures. The best thing was the boat across the waterfalls.

My pickup was great. Exactly on time. Guide was knowledgable and friendly on the drive to the park. Once at the park we were given 2 options to take the boat ride at 8:30 which our guide pressed us for or at 2:30 which he said we may have to wait 2 hours to get into the boat. We all agreed to 8:30. The boat ride was great. Really fun and highly recommended. Then the walk started though the falls. We were told to meet back by a certain time. If you are blown away by the tremendous beauty and love to be in the wonder and awe in a space where you cannot believe what you are experiencing, then THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. If you just want a picture to say you were at the falls go for it. Long story short I was late to the first meet up but it was lunch for an hour. So I could have stayed and admired the falls longer. OK. So lunch is over and the guide is essentially saying we are done with the tour although we had not seen all of it. Reason for this was that a family on the tour with us did not go on the boat ride and they had already seen all the falls so therefore it was done. The tour guide said, "There is nothing more to see because you have already seen it from the boat." WHAT??? This upset several people so we were told we had 30 minutes to walk the lower part of the falls which by the way is spectacular and should not be missed by any means. I took more than 30 minutes because if one is there to enjoy it takes minimum an hour.I could see people on the tour literally running from point to point to be done. Phone service also is very limited so I was not receiving the texts or phone calls that said they were leaving. And so they did. But this was better for me. I could enjoy other parts of the park and ride the train and stay until I was done. An uber ride was $10. So much better! Take the bus, buy your own activities and ticket at the gate. Will be cheaper and a much better experience. Also, I had booked with them a tour to the Brazil side the next day. Fortunately no one came to pick me up so I took the bus, bought my own ticket, and stayed at my leisure at this incredible place. I saw the tour guides there and was just so happy I was not part of that group. When someone is traveling thousands of miles and spending $$$ to see this great wonder, to have a guide blow it off as something so insignificant, then it's not the right tour to book. Reason the low points for value for money; The guide was really excited to tell us we could be done by 1:30-2. Had we taken the 2:30 boat ride we would be done 3:30-4? So a lot of time was lost viewing the falls by taking the morning boat ride.

That said, we understand that the pace of a shared excursion may not suit every travel style. For travelers who particularly enjoy spending extended time immersed in nature or who prefer complete flexibility at each stop, a private tour can be a better option, as the day can be adapted more closely to their individual interests and preferred pace. We are sorry that, in this case, the shared experience did not match the way you wanted to explore such an extraordinary place. Problem was, the description did not mention that we would be walking the upper and lower circuits, at all. I had just done that on my own the day before. So really all I experienced different from the day before was the boat. There was also organized bus, whereas I'd done public bus day before. The train did not happen as Devil's Throat is closed. The guide was lovely but mostly just organized a bunch of ferrel cats. Not worth the price at all.

Fantastic waterfalls, but totally unnecessary to spend a lot of money on this 'tour'. All 'features' are also for sale in the park and outside the season, this seems to be fine in terms of crowds. When you book the boat, it's a good idea to bring a set of dry clothes, or rather - a set of clothes specifically for getting wet. The guide was very nice but brought little knowledge about the location.

We begrijpen dat reizigers die graag alles zelfstandig regelen het park ook op eigen gelegenheid kunnen bezoeken. Het doel van onze tour is vooral om de volledige logistiek te verzorgen en de verschillende onderdelen — vervoer vanaf het hotel, begeleiding in het park, trein, safari en boottocht — op één dag te coördineren, zodat reizigers zich daar geen zorgen over hoeven te maken. Tegelijkertijd vinden we het jammer om te horen dat de uitleg van de gids niet de inhoudelijke meerwaarde bood die je verwachtte. Die feedback nemen we zeker mee. En een extra set droge kleding voor de boottocht is inderdaad een uitstekende tip! Bedankt voor je eerlijke feedback en voor je bezoek aan Iguazú.
It is a good experience, but expensive. Our guide Sergio Martyn was wonderful and Viator's customer service was too. I give the experience a four instead of a five because I thought it was expensive. But I give Sergio an excellent!

Great adventure in Iguazu. Going during the winter months were great as the crowds were very low. The falls are beautiful. This tour picked us up at the hotel and got us right to the Park. Our guide, Jorge, was very knowledgeable and kept the tour moving at a great pace. The boat ride is the best part - you get right up close, and under. You will be soaked, but that makes it all the more fun.
