Ensuite, voyage au château de Bran, connu comme la demeure légendaire du comte Dracula. Explorez ensuite les charmantes rues de la ville de Brașov, riches en charme médiéval et en culture dynamique. Alors que la nuit tombe, reposez-vous dans la ville forteresse médiévale de Sighișoara, où les rues pavées murmurent des contes des temps passés. Jour 2 : Explorez la citadelle médiévale bien préservée de Sighișoara, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Lac Bâlea : Temps libre au superbe lac glaciaire (2 034m d'altitude). Cascade de Capra et barrage de Vidraru : Une belle descente vers le côté sud, arrêt à la cascade et le barrage massif de 166 mètres de haut. Citadelle de Poenari : Un bref arrêt photo d’en bas pour admirer les ruines du vrai château de Vlad l’Empaleur.

This was an excellent tour. We had 2 full days on this private tour with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide (Laura). On the 2nd day there were road closures due to a sporting event so Laura quickly devised an alternate route to make sure we stopped at other sites that were fantastic. We are very glad that we added this tour to the end of our river cruise. This was significantly less expensive than the cruise line's post cruise extension offer. We have used Viator on prior trips to Europe and we have never been disappointed.
Roxanna is a very good guide. Her knowledge of Romania's history, current events and politics made for great discussion. This overnight trip turned out to be a real adventure. Our guide's knowledge of the area and how to efficiently travel the Romania backroads was the highlight. We arrived back at our Bucharest hotel feeling like we had seen parts of Romania that the typical visitor does not see. Looking forward to a return trip.
Claudiu was our guide . He was very good . Well informed, careful and very friendly yet professional. We loved our time in Transylvania with Claudiu as our Guide .
Communication was great. My driver/ guide was on time. He was flexible and easy to travel with. We saw all the main highlights and it was great!
George, our driver/tour guide was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and a great driver. As two ladies traveling on limited time, we felt safe and secure with George and, importantly, had the ability to modify the schedule to our needs. Visiting the bear sanctuary and medieval castles were top on our list and George made this happen. He graciously translated for us when needed, provided us with historical details and legends, got us from place to place in good time, was most accommodating to make sure we saw what we wanted to see - and enhanced our experience by telling us about sites we did not know about - recommended great restaurants, and made us fall in love with Romania. Next time we visit Eastern Europe we will book this tour again, hopefully with George.
Our driver and tour guide, George, was wonderful. We are two ladies traveling. George picked us up on time at our hotel. We had a schedule of sites, but George was very accommodating by squeezing in other places we were also interested in seeing, like the bear sanctuary. George was most professional the entire two days. We wish we had more time to explore beautiful Romania. I highly recommend this service.
We enjoyed the excursion very much. Laura was a great guide and taught us so much about Romania and the region. The company was incredible and allowed us to customize portions of the trip as well.
Laura was very efficient and accommodating to complete a two day jam packed itinerary for us. We had limited time but she was able to fit everything in and gave us good advice on what to do at each place, especially at Pepe’s castle where we were able to tour efficiently despite a long line up, we were very satisfied and enjoyed the whole journey

From the first moment we met, Sebastian was great. The Peles Castle we were scheduled to visit that day was closed - so Sebastian rerouted our 2-day tour and immediately secured tickets for the following day. His explanations of Romania, its history and the places we visited were also enlightening. I can’t imagine a better tour.
