scammers. didn’t even show up or pick up the phone when i called 20 mins ahead of schedule— then said I was late even though they were the ones who didn’t show. couldn’t cancel to get a refund. don’t waste your time or money.

On time. No explanation of the marine license process, poor communication, denied refund. Never again
We arrived on time, but there was very little communication with no clear direction. While the booking mentioned a required marine license, there was no explanation of what it was, how to obtain it, or that it needed to be completed before arrival. Staff were dismissive, telling us, “You can’t jet ski in Miami for $60,” instead of helping us understand the process. We were unable to participate and were denied a refund. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The Florida Boating Safety Education requirement is a state regulation that applies to certain operators and is noted in our booking information. However, all pricing is clearly displayed on the product page before any purchase is made, allowing customers to review the total cost before completing their booking. We strive to be transparent with our pricing and encourage all guests to review the listing details carefully prior to making a reservation.
Rip-off.
In addition to the fee from the organizer for the jet ski, there is a fee for the water of $100 per person. This is not mentioned in the description. I immediately responded to the organizer's email reminding me of the fee and wanted to cancel, but unfortunately, this was not possible... The organizer showed no interest in accommodating even a little and at least refunding part of it, and was not really helpful or friendly either. A shame about the money, but at least I learned that one should always read everything twice or thrice.

We would like to clarify that the $100 marina fee per person is clearly stated in the product description before booking, as well as in the confirmation details sent after the reservation is made. We also send a reminder email prior to the tour to ensure our guests are aware of this required fee.
Unfortunately, as outlined in our cancellation policy, bookings cannot be canceled or refunded once they fall within the non-refundable period. While we understand your frustration, we must apply the same policy consistently to all guests.
