We had the most amazing 4-day experience in Zhangjiajie with our wonderful tour guide, Vicky Liu! ❤️ We had our itinerary planned, but Vicky was incredibly clever and experienced when it came to choosing the right activities at the best times. Thanks to her excellent planning, we avoided long queues and managed to escape the biggest crowds. She knows the parks so well and always knew exactly where to go and when to go there. Words are not enough to express how grateful we are to Vicky for making our Zhangjiajie experience so special and unforgettable. She speaks English very well, is extremely knowledgeable, and knows all the best ways to explore the parks while avoiding the crowds. And most importantly, Vicky took us to some of the BEST Chinese restaurants, where she made sure we could enjoy delicious, non-spicy dishes that were kind to our European stomachs! 😂 We had amazing meals every single day! If you are planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend asking for Vicky Liu as your tour guide. You will be in the best hands! Thank you, Vicky, for four incredible days! We had the BEST time in Zhangjiajie! 🏔️❤️✨

We had a fantastic tour of Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountains with our guide, Zhenzhen. Everything was very well organized, and we always felt that we had the right amount of time to enjoy each place without feeling rushed. Zhenzhen was excellent throughout the whole experience. She spoke very good English, was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the crowds and queues, which made a big difference in such busy attractions. She always made sure everything ran smoothly and that we could make the most of our time. Zhangjiajie is absolutely spectacular, and having Zhenzhen as our guide made the experience even better. We really enjoyed these days and would definitely recommend both the tour and Zhenzhen to anyone visiting the area!

We spent three days with Lillian in Zhangjiajie and we could not be happier. She has been an excellent, professional, attentive, and, above all, charming guide, always with a smile and an attitude that made us feel very comfortable. From the first moment, she was attentive to us, adapting perfectly to our pace and to what we felt like doing at each moment. She helped us get to know Zhangjiajie far beyond the tourist spots, explaining the history, culture, and unique features of each place in a very enjoyable and easy-to-understand way. She even had the lovely gesture of giving us some flowers for my birthday, a gesture I will remember with great fondness. Thank you very much, Lillian, for these days and for making our experience in Zhangjiajie even more special. ❤️

This was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it. We traveled to Zhangjiajie for only two days with a specific list of places to see and a tight window to do so. I contacted the tour company to ask if they could accommodate us, and they certainly delivered. We were greeted at the airport right outside baggage claim by Arianna, who was truly amazing and the absolute highlight of the tour! She led us to a spacious, comfortable van before taking us straight to Zhangjiajie National Forest. While Arianna guided us through the park, our driver took our bags directly to the hotel. Arianna helped us skip the long line at the Bailong Elevator, and our day was officially underway. She was wonderfully pleasant, informative, and patient with our group. She tailored everything to our preferences, ensuring we did exactly what we wanted and skipped what we didn't. We never had to worry about tickets, navigating the park's pathways, or managing the endless shuttle connections, she handled it all seamlessly! (Fair warning to future travelers: there are a lot of shuttles! I noticed many other tourists looking completely lost and confused trying to figure them out.) After a full day, we were taken to our hotel, where our bags were already waiting in our room. It was the perfect Day 1.The next day, Arianna met us to tackle Tianmen Mountain and the 72 Wonder Tower, followed by a meal at a delicious local restaurant that was an absolute treat. She also helped us book dinner reservations and secure tickets for a evening show. Again, Arianna was fantastic and a true gift. I can't recommend this tour—and Arianna specifically—enough. She made navigating China the easiest, most enjoyable experience possible!

Our guide was Liz and we couldn't wish for a better one than her! First of all, she has great English what was invaluable considering our lack of Chinese language skills. She's a happy, cheerful and fun person. Besides this we couldn't ask any questions she didn't have answers for. She's knowledgeable and patient in social communication as well. The non plus ultra was that she knew all the shortcuts and options to make our day long tour easier. It was literally life saver considering the extreme long waiting lines and huge crowds. Without her honestly I don't think we would have enjoyed this experience. After all we remember the places, but we remember even more the people, and Liz left in us a long lasting good experience of China and Chinese people.

We had a fantastic private tour of Zhangjiajie. Our tour guide Vicky was knowledgeable, timely, kind, quick with suggestions. Before we arrived, we asked for food suggestions and Vicky provided some great restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed learning about the history and culture of Zhangjiajie. Vicky’s English was superb!

We had a wonderful time on this tour and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Our guide Jenny was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. She was very knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts that made every stop even more meaningful. She also went above and beyond by taking amazing photos of us throughout the day, which we really appreciated. She was very flexible, proactive, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made this tour even more special. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience with an exceptional guide!

We really enjoyed exploring the mountain and then seeing 72 buildings on stilts! Zoey, our guide, was great! She shared information about the city, the mountains, and really helped us to see the entire mountain! I would highly recommend this activity, especially if you can get Zoey as your guide!
