Lugares y horarios de recogida
La hora exacta de recogida se confirmará por correo electrónico una vez realizada la reserva. Planee reunirse con su guía turístico en el lobby de su hotel al menos 10 minutos antes de la hora de recogida programada. Se le puede considerar no presentarse si llega más de 10 minutos tarde o después de que el conductor se haya alejado de su hotel. Se aplicará un cargo adicional a los traslados desde algunas áreas de Phuket (a ser informado).

- Durante el recorrido, se pide a los pasajeros que sigan estrictamente al guía/instructor turístico. El operador turístico tiene derecho a suspender cualquier viaje arriesgado sin reembolso.
- En las raras ocasiones en que debamos cancelar un recorrido, le informaremos con anticipación y le ofreceremos una fecha de recorrido diferente, un recorrido alternativo o le proporcionaremos un reembolso completo.

The ATV trail was fun and the zipline added a different kind of excitement. Pickup was on time and everything flowed smoothly. Expect to get a little dusty, especially if the weather is dry.
Overall experience was great, from pick up to drop off the team was very helpful and fun to be around

that was absolutely great, everything event, cost to the value, atmosphere, staff starting from the staff which was gteat and a fantastic flexible approach ald also great knowledge and patience, zip line was nothing new for me as i did some of it when i was in the army but i still enjoyed it, next was the 1h atv tour around the area which let me to try it for the first time ever

Great fun day out! Zip lining felt very safe and the guides were brilliant and made it really enjoyable. ATVs were also a lot of fun — the course is varied so some driving experience helps. Amazing views from the top, and the guide even took some great photos for us

This tour was great. It turned out that we were too far to be picked up, so we had to get there on our own. However, the crew waited for us as we got stuck in traffic from Phuket town which was very nice of them. The zipline guys were amazing. They were polite, helpful, energetic and funny (as you can see in the “spiderman” photo). The ATV guide was excellent. My daughter was a first timer so she had to get used to it. The guide basically rode slow with us away from the rest of the more experienced riders so she wouldn’t be under pressure to keep up. Definitely recommend.

The guides on the zip wire were phenomenal. I haven't laughed so much in ages. I highly recommend, highly professional and the best sense of humour.

Great experience and value for money. The guides were so friendly, funny and helpful. There’s many different ziplines to do and the ATV drive felt longer than an hour. It was great!

We all had a really fun time with family and friends. It was a first time ziplining experience for some and we were impressed with the safety as well as how the guides encouraged and interacted with us all, making it a memorable experience. Definitely recommended. We did see mosquitoes but we were prepared with repellent spray so wasn’t affected.
