Descripción
Disfruta de una de las catas de vinos más clásicas de nuestra tradición: ¡vino y quesos! Degustará las combinaciones más exclusivas de nuestros vinos orgánicos Asís DOC y Umbría IGT con quesos, mermeladas y vinagre balsámico de nuestra granja y productores locales. El menú degustación se puede modificar para satisfacer las necesidades dietéticas/alergias/intolerancia de nuestros huéspedes (es decir, sin lactosa, sin gluten, vegetariano...). En caso de mal tiempo o demasiado frío o calor para permanecer fuera, la degustación se realizará dentro de la sala de degustación. ¡Si tienes alguna petición especial no dudes en contactarnos! Sin embargo, ofrecemos bajo petición una tarifa fija desde el centro de la ciudad de Spello o la estación de tren de Asís o hoteles locales.

El huésped podrá disfrutar de una cata guiada de 4 vinos ecológicos maridados con bruschette mixto, una selección de queso típico con mermelada casera o nuestro vinagre balsámico.

Our tour was wonderful. My daughter and I came at a time when they were closed for several days. They opened up one afternoon so that we, and another couple could do a tasting. We enjoyed learning about their winery, wine and balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The cheeses and bruschetta were delicious. We enjoyed their wine. Highly recommend.

Guia Giulia super friendly, didactic with very clear English. We know the family winery Tili in Assisi which is only 5-10 minutes drive from the meeting point. She explained everything about the production showing the details, removing all doubts. Next we went to the tasting area, where we tried olive oil and vinegar produced by them with bruschetas, all a delight, various wines (1 frisant, 1 white, 1 rose, 2 red and 1 sweet) all a delight, selection of cheeses, cold and jelly. And finally a delicious sweet biscuit. The tasting space is beautiful and cozy. The guide very polite and didactic. Tour with 4 people only (my family) and it was a delight. I recommend!

Tili Winery is the best! Overlooking some of the vineyards and an umbrella covered seating, this winery has it all. The knowledge and passion of the hosts is unmatched. The pairings were delicious and Anna Laura (daughter of the winemakers) was delightful! Her stories and information were so much fun and helped to make our wonderful experience even better. Yummy and unique wines and sumptuous cheeses and bruschetta. Thank you, Tili! ❤️

We had an Umbrian lunch with matching wines. Super fresh and good food, and very nice to learn more about the grapes, the family business & the gastronomy of Umbria in such a beautiful place. 5⭐️

Wow! This was the 1st stop after landing in Italy! They even were so kind to take us early. The view, the wine, the food, everything was delicious. We even had a case sent home which just arrived a few days ago. Just a picture perfect place and experience.
