En este recorrido para grupos pequeños, nuestra amable y experta tripulación le dará la bienvenida y le llevará desde Puerto Colón directamente a descubrir el maravilloso mundo de las ballenas y delfines nadando libremente en su hábitat natural por la costa. A continuación, podrá relajarse en nuestras amplias cubiertas y en el puente superior y disfrutar de una maravillosa selección de bebidas, fruta fresca, aperitivos, tapas y mucho más. Puede optar por simplemente tomar el sol delante de las hermosas montañas de Tenerife.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
El traslado es posible bajo petición, desde los hoteles en Golf del Sur, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, áreas de Adeje, Playa Paraíso, Callao Salvaje y Alcalá solamente. Los tiempos de recogida varían entre 20min a 1 hora antes de la hora de salida. Responderemos poco después de su solicitud con la hora real de recogida.

- Servicio de recogida y traslado a su hotel previa solicitud. Tenga en cuenta que no hay servicio de recogida en Puerto de la Cruz o el norte de la isla. El servicio de recogida está disponible en el sur de Tenerife. Le rogamos que solicite su recogida con un mínimo de 24 horas de antelación respecto a la salida.

- Se pueden llevar sillas de ruedas plegables con ruedas desmontables siempre que el pasajero vaya acompañado de alguien que pueda ayudarle a subir y bajar.

- Es muy común ver los cetáceos y la fauna de los alrededores, aunque no se garantiza la presencia de los mismos.

We were picked up from our hotel in a clean, air-conditioned minivan and driven to the port. After boarding the Monte Cristo, we quickly realized why this is such a highly rated company. The boat was comfortable, and the professional crew made the experience even better. They were able to spot several pilot whales and some dolphins, giving us an unforgettable wildlife experience. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone. We will definitely be back!
Yet another phenomenal trip out on the monte cristo ,welcoming and informative staff with very friendly nature,the tour was 3 full hours seeing many many mammals some of the bottle nosed dolphins were very inquisitive and we're an awesome sight to see right up close to the boat and the size of some really was something to behold.drinks flowed throughout the excursion and the food is the reason I book with montecristo each year we come here,it's always top notch .I highly recommend this trip out to everyone

The best experience I could have had! We saw so many dolphins and pilot whales. I was with my parents; it was the first time in their lives they had seen these wonderful animals so close! An unforgettable experience. A sea of impressions! Unlimited champagne, beer, and drinks! Delicious snacks and very pleasant staff. For the price, it's beyond praise.
There was a lot of choice but we are very pleased we picked Monte Cristo. We were contacted the day before to arrange pick up time. They were punctual and the vehicle was clean and the driver friendly. On arrival at the port the meet and greet was warm and we boarded on time. The crew were great- very helpful and informative. The drinks flowed and the atmosphere was very friendly. Upon sighting the pilot whales there was no hype and we were in the area but not chasing, which was definitely not the case with other boats in the area. As a consequence it seemed we had more and closer interaction as the whales could choose how close they came as we drifted in the area. We then went close to shore for swimming for those who wished to take part along with a buffet lunch. There was plenty of choice and it was good value. We arrived back in port and were transported back to our hotel without fuss. All in all a terrific way to spend 3 hours. Thank you.
From the very beginning, the organization of this excursion was outstanding. The organizer personally contacted me by phone and arranged pickup from Palm-Mar, which was greatly appreciated since many tour operators do not offer pickups from this area. We were collected right on time directly from the door of our apartment. The driver was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, making the experience pleasant from the start. Upon arriving at the port, the organizer handled all the arrangements seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. Once aboard the catamaran, we were fortunate enough to see both dolphins and whales. The captain took the time to slow down and give everyone ample opportunity to observe these amazing animals. The service throughout the excursion was excellent. Soft drinks, cava, and a selection of snacks and light refreshments, including tortillas, sausages, and biscuits, were provided. Overall, this was a fantastic experience with excellent customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a memorable whale and dolphin watching trip.
Overall the trip was good. The only bad side was the really choppy waters. I took my motion sickness pills but I was holding on to my breakfast for dear life and several people got seasick. We saw plenty of whales including dolphins and some people did a little snorkeling. Fun trip Overall.
Great excursion to see pilot whales, a type of very large dolphin. Be cautious of those who get seasick as it can be rough out at sea! I recommend it, good organization for the transfer and great cruise

nice moments and everything is in line with the description. we didn't see dolphins and I'm wondering if there are any but we saw a lot of pilot whales and very close to the boat.
