4:30am -Te recogeremos en tu Hotel en la CDMX para dirigirnos a Teotihuacán, donde está ubicado nuestro globo puerto.
5:40am - Estaremos llegando a la zona de despegue donde te recibiremos con una barra de cafe y galletas. 6:10am -viviras los preparativos de tu globo en este proceso tomaremos muchas fotos!! y posteriormente viviremos la magia de estar en el aire a mas de 600 mts del suelo por el valle de teotihuacan 7:30am - Al aterrizar se realizará la ceremonia tradicional, donde realizarán un brindis con el piloto y les entregará sus certificados de vuelo.
8:30am tomaremos un delicioso desayuno en un bello restaurante estilo buffet con musica en vivo y opciones vegetarianes y veganas
Experimenta la cultura teotihuacana a traves de artesanos nativos, te ofreceremos bebidas alcoholicas para que tu experiencia sea completa
10:30am - Nos adentraremos en la cultura teotihuacana con un guia experto, el cual nos llevara por los monumentos de esta cultura en un tour guiado
12:00pm Regresaremos al lugar donde te recogimos

We were the first pickup from the Condesa area at 3:50 am. It is a long day, but so worth it. The May early morning was chilly but warmed up as we were in balloon. Small keyed lockers were available. No bags allowed on balloon. We had the same driver for the full day.
The experience is wonderful. The balloon ride in the morning light is a very special event. Visiting the old town is also impressive. However, I must deduct points from the provider due to the lack of communication and organization based on the evaluation criteria. It was only in the evening that I was informed that I had to be rebooked due to too few reservations—on one hand, it's nice that a solution was found. I was offered a small refund since no tour of the old town could be provided to me. When and how this refund will be processed is still pending.... As I am waiting for a response again. It's just a bit unfortunate....

Great experience with hotel pick-up, all in hot air balloon was just magical, breakfast buffet not in one as planned, the tour of the pyramids was pretty quick alas. However selling photo and video was quite expensive plan your own photo taking
Program schedules are not respected at all. It all started between 1-1h30 late (from the shuttle). There are a lot of timeouts, so don't expect to see the sunrise. We go back and forth between two places of breakfast (which are more like snacks), without knowing why. It’s a shame because if we had been able to follow the program as soon as we arrived on the spot, it would have been perfect. But constantly waiting, taking the shuttle for nothing, makes the experience less interesting right away.
Balloon flight was definitely worth it and a fantastic way to see the pyramids. Also enjoyed the 1hr walk around the pyramid site with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Throughout the day everyone was very friendly and trying their best. The tour could be significantly improved however. It was a long day, around 11 hours which was significantly more than the 7-8 hours indicated in the description (it would have been good to know this). A lot of that time is waiting around at various check in points, and being bussed around different bits and there was very little cohesion to the tour. The buffet breakfast was also very disappointing and probably the worst part of the day. In hindsight we would have booked the balloon experience separately and then just booked some private transportation for the day.
An unforgettable experience. Very friendly staff and the extraordinary pilot. Although it is necessary to get up early, the view of the Teotihuacan pyramids from the sky is an incredible and unforgettable experience

This was a great experience. A very early start is required to beat traffic and be in the sky at sunrise. Our balloon was one of the first in the air and we were airborne for over 42 minutes. The views were amazing and the staff worked hard as a team to make it happen.

The balloon flight itself was incredible. It was a beautiful day, our pilot was great, and we really enjoyed the other guests that were on the adventure as well (about 16 people total). Our stop at the pyramids was also good as we were provided with a guide who was very informative. The not-so-enjoyable parts were the 'selling" parts... Such as having to wait in a room with some bad coffee while being sold in photos and expensive drone footage. And the mezcal tasting was so rushed with tastings so miniscule, it became quite obvious that we were just transported to a souvenir shop to buy their stuff. The buffet was quite basic. The balloon flight and pyramids were great, though!
