I recently visited Teotihuacán with the English speaking group, led by Ernesto (with Josephina also part of the team). Honestly, worth setting an alarm for 6am! Teotihuacán is already a hugely impressive site, but it was Ernesto's knowledge and storytelling that really brought it to life. He was so charismatic and charming, and clearly deeply knowledgeable, not just about the pyramids themselves but about Mexican history and culture more broadly. You could tell how proud he was of his heritage, and that pride came through in everything he shared, which I found genuinely moving. What stood out most was how much he seemed to care about the group. He kept the energy up throughout, and the pace was spot on, plenty of time to take photos and explore, but never so rushed that you felt like you were missing anything. If you're planning a trip to Teotihuacán, I can't recommend Ernesto highly enough. He turned a great historical site into an unforgettable experience.

Ernesto and Josephina were excellent guides. I never thought I’d get so much about the anthropology and the cosmology of the city in a popular tour. I could have listened to another hour of the history.

Josephina and Ernesto are very knowledgeable and educated on the history. They took their time to explain everything and answered all questions. There was a lot of time to walk around the pyramids and explore solo as well.

Luis was a fabulous tour guide! He was so informed and engaging. He taught us so much and we appreciated his flexibility helping us experience an authentic lunch among the locals following our tour which we wouldn’t have managed successfully on our own. The tour was breathtaking - visually and sometimes even physically! -and is highly recommended.
