Our guide, Luc, was so accommodating as we had a family member with limited mobility and a few quite mobile people who wanted to get out and explore. He did a great job with both groups and the falls were lovely.

Niama was our solo guide. She was very conversant, cheerful and helpful throughout our 5-1/2 hr private family tour of Quebec City. She was especially patient and understanding with our custom agenda, and answered our curiosity about the landmarks, history, and background of the City. The weather was also very cooperative and rained was delayed by a couple hours, allowing us to finish the tour in mostly clear weather. French language, presence and culture were evident throughout the City and we got to enjoy samplings of some croissants, sweets and dinner cuisine to top it off.

Our tour guide, Michel, was friendly, funny and knew EVERYTHING about Old Quebec. We could not have asked for a better tour!!! It was well worth the money having a private tour. We were able to spend as much time as we wanted on each place.

Excellent guide! Luc came on time in a really comfortable car. He was flexible about what we wanted to see. Wherever we went, he proved to be knowledgeable and communicated clearly and with gentle humour. Highly recommended.

Took this tour post cruise to see Quebec city. I needed to call and change your pickup point and there were no issues with that- I was able to change the pick up point from the cruise port to our hotel with no problems. From the very start the tour guide asked us what we wanted to see and what would make her break our time in Quebec city.. he overdelivered on everything! We saw everything we wanted to and everything exceeded our expectations From the stunning natural sights to the rich cultural heritage, every moment was memorable. One of the highlights was visiting the breathtaking waterfalls just outside the city. The sound, the mist, and the sheer scale were awe-inspiring—it was the kind of natural beauty you don’t forget. We also spent time exploring a nearby island, which offered peaceful scenery and a perfect spot to relax. And of course, no trip is complete without a treat: the local ice cream was absolutely delicious— hand dipped in dark chocolate! After that, we had to eat lobster rolls and Poutine. This was not included, but something that we wanted to do and our tour guide was more than happy to show us the best spot to eat these local treats! Old Quebec was like stepping into a different time. The cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and charming shops made it easy to see why this area is a UNESCO World Heritage site. There's a sense of history in every corner, and the atmosphere is both vibrant and welcoming. What made this tour even more special was our guide. He was not only knowledgeable and engaging but also incredibly respectful. Our family includes members with mobility issues, and the guide went out of his way to ensure everyone felt included and comfortable. That level of consideration meant a lot to us and added a deeper layer of appreciation for the entire experience. All in all, this tour offered the perfect balance of nature, history, and local flavor. I can't recommend this experience highly enough!
