Very interesting with in-depth explanations of key pieces and styles. I am generally not a fan of contemporary art, but our guide gave great insights such that I enjoyed it more than expected.
Amigo tours reach out to us at the last minute and rebooked our tour be booked 1 month prior. I told them it was a conflict of schedule and we couldn't rebook. No communication after so we showed up to the tour and no one was there. We told the Spanish Tour if we can jump on with them instead and she was aggressively rude to us. Called Amigo Tours and they said "we reached out to reschedule you but you didn't comply so we canceled the tour"

The impressive Prado museum. Helena's explanations were great, our guide was very attentive and professional, she even recommended a restaurant with very good croquettes.

We were so lucky to have a guide so knowledgeable, helpful and professional as Beatriz. She made it a fantastic tour and we learnt so much in such a short time. These are magnificent museums.
