The good news is we got to where we needed to go. The bad news is that it took over an hour to connect with our driver because of their poor communication. We weee sent a picture of a pillar and told to meet our driver there. We had no clue where that pillar was and we kept asking for directions. They kept sending the pillar. It was extremely frustrating. We kept asking airport workers for help and no one seemed to know where we were being directed. We finally connected and the driver was lovely but we were exhausted by then.

As we tried to explain during our communications, the pillar shown in the photo is located outside in the main Arrivals Hall. By regulations, our drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area or the restricted terminal zones, which are strictly accessible to arriving passengers only. We understand you were looking for the pillar while still inside the baggage area, which is why airport staff could not guide you to it until you exited to the public Arrivals Hall. We deeply regret that this explanation was not clearer at the time and that it turned an otherwise smooth transfer into an exhausting experience. We will work on making our instructions even more precise for future travelers. The company had sent us a message via whatassap with clear instructions where to meet our driver and his contact info. Driver was not on meeting point when we arrived. Called him and he came about 5 min later. So all good at the end. The drive to our destination was comfortable and we had good AC to beat the heat wave in the city that week

Wonderful driver, and our flights were late by 2 hours, yet he was waiting for us as we exited customs. Quick efficient driver who got us to our hotel safe and sound. What an awesome trip we had. Driver had to wait and let us know where he was at all times. Reason he had to wait was the EU system to get into the passport area is not yet perfected and was a lot of trouble. Plus the airline didn’t get my bags loaded in Atlanta and we had to file that. BUT the driver and trip and services offered were terrific! Would use again

Simple to book, confirmed with WhatsApp. The driver met us just outside of baggage claim and it was off the hotel. It was nice not to have worry about parking, figuring out the train the first day, etc. Would recommend!

Great communication and easy to find once you land. My driver Pedro was very nice, prompt, friendly, and provided many recommendations of things to do in Madrid. Car was very clean and comfortable. He dropped me off right at the door and helped with my luggage. I highly recommend this affordable and quality service. Why fuss with shuttles, Uber, etc. I would certainly use this service again when I return to Madrid.

Waited 90 minutes for pick-up with no explanation at the designated pick-up location at gate 1 airport .
