Después de pasar por el control de seguridad, su rápida entrada en el museo se ve facilitada por las entradas reservadas previamente incluidas en el tour! Junto a obras maestras emblemáticas como la Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, Victoria alada de Samotracia y la coronación de Napoleón, su guía le proporcionará información sobre la evolución histórica de este antiguo palacio real. Abarcando 800 años, se transformó de una fortaleza medieval a una residencia real renacentista, sirviendo más tarde en parte como museo. Ampliado y utilizado por dos emperadores, surgió como el museo más visitado del mundo a finales del siglo XX, con más de 35.000 obras y coronado por la icónica pirámide. A partir de enero de 2026 el Louvre ha cambiado su sistema de venta de entradas. Ha habido un aumento en el precio y los clientes ya no podrán permanecer en el Louvre después de que termine su recorrido. Nuestro tour es un tour en grupo pequeño con 6 personas por guía. Our small group tour of the Louvre was fantastic! We loved our tour guide Maryam. It was the first time in the Louvre, so it was overwhelming - she provided us with an excellent overview, took us to the most famous works (so many here!), and providing us exposure to the less visited and equally fascinating exhibits including Mesopotamia and Babylonian art. We learned about the history of the museum, architectural features, and many exciting events in the past like robberies! I loved the Grecian and Roman art on display. Spent lots of time on Renaissance art and then French painters. Each room looked more beautiful than the last. Maryam was very knowledgeable about art, ancient cultures, and history. She was very thoughtful and accomadating of our needs. We had one member of our party who was slow and didn’t like stairs, she went out of her way to make sure he could take elevators. Overall it was an excellent experience, so much better than expected and Maryam was a superb guide. I would highly recommend her to everyone else! I’d recommend doing a Friday evening tour, this was still very busy but not as bad as other times.

Our tour guide Pilou was outstanding! He navigated us through the museum hitting all of the highlights. He took his time to explain meaning and stories behind every piece of art. He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. He made our experience exceptional!

Our tour guide was excellent! The Louvre opened late on the day of our tour (May 4), but our guide got us in line so that we were one of the first to go in when it opened. This also allowed time for him to give us lots of overall information on the Louvre before we entered. Being one of the first to go in allowed us to see so much without crowds. The guide was also cognizant of our hard stop in order to get to our next tour, but was about to show us so much before our time was up. We were very pleased with how the tour went!

Akiko led us on a private tour of the Louvre and absolutely exceeded our expectations. We originally hired a guide for logistical help navigating the vast, often overwhelming museum, but what we received was a rich, engaging education in French history and art. Akiko was energetic, thoughtful, and full of fascinating insight. She took us straight to the highlights—popular works and hidden gems alike—and shared detailed stories that brought each piece to life. Her pacing was perfect, and she was always attuned to our group’s needs. Touring the Louvre with her was one of the best decisions of our entire trip.

The guided tour itself was good. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the tour company never gave us the museum tickets so we were unable to see anything else in the museum after the guide left. We contacted the tour operator using the Viator app but ended up leaving due to no response. They did eventually send the tickets almost an hour later but we had already left the museum since we have small children and were not going to wait an unknown amount of time for them to answer. I even called Viator but all they could send me was the voucher which was no help since the tour company had the actual tickets. We paid almost 600 Euros and only got to see one wing of the museum. We requested a partial refund but were denied.
Hi Philip, sorry to hear that you did not have the best time with us but we would like to shed some light on your review. Your guide had your tickets and when in the middle of the tour you decided to leave the tickets went with her. We spoke with our guide and she said that you and your family wanted to leave the museum so she explained where to exit was asked if you were sure and if there was anything she could do for you, you and your family said no all was well you just wanted to leave early so she said okay and left. She let us know that you had decided to leave and on our end that was all. Some time later we get an email from viator with the notification of your message, albeit a bit later than your original requested time we send you your tickets only to be met with don't want them anymore we left. We also received a full refund request which we denied. Your guide and museum entry was provided, you decided to end your tour prematurely. You declined your guides effort to help you, nor did you ask for your tickets from your guide after having already entered the museum. Instead of contacting us through the mobile number provided you sent us an email and when we respond to your request you decline further. This is why we refused your refund. Your guide was there wanting to give you a tour, you could have seen all that you wanted to see. you were also in the museum already you did not need your tickets unless you had exited. Again we are sorry to hear that you did not have the best time, but we did all that was expected of us. Kind Regards,
Our guide was simply excellent! He added so much personal detail to our tour, and helped us navigate the crazy crowds. This was a small person tour, and as such, we were able to get in ahead of most lines. Otherwise, the wait would have been very long. I recommend taking a 9am tour so the crowds are not as crazy as later in the day. His suggestions for getting to the front to see the Mona Lisa were spot on.
