It was just the best day. Our guide was so kind and knowledgeable. Great day! We learned so much more than we expected. Seeing the Olmec Heads and the Jaguar Mask was on my bucket list. I was iffy about eating at the restaurant there, but it was a great experience too!

We’re especially happy to know that seeing the Olmec Heads and the Jaguar Mask—true highlights of the site—was a bucket list moment for you, and that the restaurant experience exceeded your expectations as well. Thank you for joining us, and we hope to welcome you again on another unforgettable tour!
This was the first time that there was a mixup Of the tour language. It was an English guided tour but when we got there the guide was a Spanish speaking guide. I’m not sure why there was this mistake but she was quick thinking and managed to solve the problem by enrolling an onsite English speaking guide who turned out to be very informative and well versed . Luckily our day did not go to waste and everything turned out great Hopefully this was a rare mistake because it can ruin your whole day.

We know how important it is to receive the correct service, and we’re committed to ensuring this type of mistake does not happen again. Thank you for allowing us to make things right and for continuing with the tour. We’re happy that your day turned out great in the end, and we hope to welcome you again for an even smoother experience.
