The walking tour was great, our guide Angela was amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and overall great with our young kids. The length of the tour was ideal and very informative, it was nice to get the history of the sites. I would highly recommend it.
Our guide Nina was very kind, but the tour we had booked included a visit to Saint Chapelle and we were placed in another tour. It was quite short and we actually did not like it.

The tour was comprehensive and accessible
It’s quite crowded at Notre Dame - just take a breath and enjoy. Lots of queues but they move quickly!

Not as described at time of purchase due to Viator not the guide. I choose tour of interior of St Chapelle with guide. Guide instead only escorted us into the church courtyard to enter. This was after 90 minutes of walking in the heat.

Mo, our guide, was very knowledgeable. She combined history and art and put it into a framework to help us better understand and appreciate what we are seeing. She also gave us general art knowledge that we used when looking at other art after the tour, e.g., the halos, blue, and other symbols used in early art. I also liked the use of the microphone and earbuds. Highly recommend this tour!
The tour was NOT what was presented online. I bought a guided tour of Sainte-Chapelle (according to the description) and once the transaction was complete, I was sent a confirmation for a "Paris guided tour with access to Notre Dame or Sainte-Chapelle". It was actually a walking tour of the Ile de Cite with no inside access to either church. What a rip-off. It was a total bait and switch. The tour guide, Melanie, was lovely and so knowledgeable, but once we realized she wouldn't be taking us inside Sainte-Chapelle, we left the tour to stand in line with everyone else who didn't have tickets. It was a waste of over an hour and super frustrating after spending $100 thinking I was buying a fast pass to get in on a personal tour.

Mina was a friendly knowledgeable guide. She was friendly and respectful. She gave us what to wear rules and asked for scarves for the women that needed to cover their shoulders.
