Experiencia inmersiva genuina con guía local. Visite la típica granja lechera de las Azores, donde el ordeño se realiza a mano, al aire libre en el pasto. Contacto directo con los animales, incluida la posibilidad de que los visitantes ordeñen manualmente la vaca y prueben la leche. También es posible acariciar a las vacas, sacarse fotos con ellas y pasear por los pastos. Interacción con el agricultor que explica los detalles de su actividad. Incluye queso de las Azores y degustación de vinos. Recogida y regreso no incluido, se cobrará una tarifa adicional (Gratis en la ciudad de Praia da Vitória, 25 € por grupo en todos los demás lugares)

Itinerario
Aquí se puede visitar la granja lechera, donde se realiza el ordeño en su forma tradicional (ordeño manual al aire libre en la dehesa). Esta finca produce leche orgánica. El contacto directo con los animales, incluida la posibilidad de que los visitantes ordenen manualmente la vaca y degusten la leche que acaba de salir de la ubre de la vaca acompañada de galletas caseras. También es posible acariciar a los animales, tomar fotografías con ellos y pasear por los pastos. En esta parada, la interacción con el agricultor está garantizada. Explica los detalles de su actividad y siempre está disponible para responder todas las preguntas. Este recorrido tiene 10.5 millas de largo a través de los caminos de los agricultores. Además de la visita a la finca, tenemos otras 5 paradas rápidas (miradores del paisaje), una visita al centro de recolección de leche (donde las fincas venden la leche) y una parada final para degustación de quesos y vinos (casa privada de las Azores).
Degustación de quesos y vinos en una casa privada: finalmente, los visitantes pueden degustar el queso local de las Azores y el vino portugués en nuestra sala de estar y jardín.

Vítor the tour guide was very organized with great communication on where to meet. Loved the shoe covers he provided for walking on the farm and the experience to milk a cow and drink the fresh milk was incredible. We also saw some beautiful scenery on the drive, had local cheese and wine and homemade cake while relaxing in hos beautiful outdoor garden. Vítor was a wealth of information and we loved our time with him and Farmer Joe! Highly recommend this tour!

Gonçalo was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about the dairy industry here and of the island in general. Working in the dairy industry in Canada, I found it very interesting to chat with a dairy farmer and see how they do things up close. The cheese and wine at the end was great! My husband really enjoyed this tour as well.
