Receive very good impressions of the life of the locals. Market, village, school primary, temple Buddha, basket weaver. And all with tuk tuk and good driver and excellent lokelen guide. He could answer and explain all our questions. Lunch among locals on idyllic lake. Very special place and excellent grilled chicken eaten. Special thanks to our guide Hong! He knows his stuff.
Thank you so much for your awesome review and also comments on our guide Hong, we feel this tour of the villages gives a great insight to the daily lives of the villages and we thank you for your participation as all our profits from this tour goes directly to the village school, that supplies free education to the villages children, thanks so much Miss Sreymom
We booked this through Khmer Detours and it’s titled as the Cambodia Walking Village Tour on the brochure our hotel gave us so I think based on the description that this is the same tour. I absolutely loved this tour. Getting to walk through the local market was very interesting and so was going through the village. We got to give kids notebooks and pencils too and they were so grateful. Our guide Mr Friday was excellent. Very kind, good English, and he taught us a lot about Cambodia and was able to answer all our questions. I’m very glad we did this tour.
Thank you so much for your kind review, our guides for this tour where born in and around the village and have in depth knowledge of the culture and traditions, thanks for your time in writing such a lovely review and i will pass the comments on to Mr Friday safe travel always Miss Sreymom
Well worth the four hours. It is a shame it wasn't later in the year when the country side would be fresh and green with rice. Having said that the driver and guide were very good company making for an enjoyable journey through the village and surrounds. Colouring books and pencils for the local kids is an excellent way to meet them.
Thank you so much for your excellent review,we all wish you safe travel always cheers Petre

There were only the three of us on this tour and our guide and driver were great. To see the true Cambodian people you must do this tour. We saw hoiw the locals live and what they do to survive away from the tourist traps. The people were all friendly and often waved to us with big smiles on there face. To see how they live is truly worth doing. My wife and I highly recommend thius tour to all.

Phil and Janine Griffin Australia
